Open CashLoan

In TNG eWallet, search “loan” or go to GOfinance and select
CashLoan.

Apply during the campaign

Apply for a Personal Loan through CashLoan.

Receive approval

Be approved for a minimum loan amount of RM20,000, subject to the
bank’s assessment.

Accept and receive funds

Accept the approved offer and have your loan fully disbursed during
the campaign.

Pay your first instalment

Successfully make your first instalment payment by its due date.

Timing matters: rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served
basis.

Within each accepted-loan-amount tier and campaign cycle, priority
is based on the successful loan-disbursement date recorded by
Alliance Bank. Completing the requirements does not guarantee a
reward once the relevant allocation has been fully taken up.

Is this campaign a lucky draw?

No. Within each accepted-loan-amount tier and campaign cycle,
rewards are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served
basis according to the successful loan-disbursement date recorded
by Alliance Bank, subject to full eligibility verification.

Who can participate?

The campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who satisfy the campaign
requirements and Alliance Bank’s application and credit-assessment
criteria. Exclusions in the campaign terms apply.

Can I receive more than one reward?

No. Each eligible user may receive a maximum of one reward during
the entire campaign, regardless of the number of applications
made.

When will cashback be credited?

Eligible cashback recipients will receive the reward in their TNG
eWallet within 60 days after the relevant campaign cycle ends, or
within another period determined by TNG Digital under the campaign
terms.

How will device recipients be contacted?

TNG Digital will contact eligible device recipients using their
registered details for verification and delivery arrangements.

Does applying guarantee approval or a reward?

No. Loan approval is subject to Alliance Bank’s assessment. A
reward is also subject to full campaign eligibility, successful
verification and availability within the applicable reward
allocation.
