Terms and Conditions 

  1. The Level Up Your Rewards with CashLoan Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”) in collaboration with Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“Alliance Bank”). 
  2. The Campaign is open for all TNG eWallet users (“Users”). Employees of TNGD and Alliance Bank, their immediate family members, and any persons directly involved in the organisation, administration, or fulfilment of this Campaign are not eligible to participate.
  3. The Campaign period shall commence from 1 October 2026 to 13 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  4. During the Campaign Period, User(s) who successfully apply for an Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan via CashLoan on TNG eWallet and meet all the following Campaign requirements (“Eligible User(s)”) will be eligible to receive one (1) reward under this Campaign (“Reward”):

    1. The Eligible User must apply for an Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan via CashLoan on TNG eWallet during the Campaign Period;
    2. The Eligible User’s loan application must be approved by Alliance Bank with an approved loan amount of at least Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Thousand (RM20,000.00);
    3. The approved loan offer must be accepted by the Eligible User during the Campaign Period;
    4. The loan must be fully disbursed within the Campaign Period; and
    5. The Eligible User must successfully complete the first instalment payment by the relevant due date.
    6. The Eligible User must ensure their TNG eWallet account remains active and is not dormant, suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason throughout the Campaign Period and until prize fulfilment is completed.
  5. Each Eligible User who satisfies Clause 4 above may only be entitled to receive a maximum of ONE (1) Reward throughout the entire Campaign Period, regardless of the number of loan applications submitted, approved, accepted, or disbursed.
  6. A total of sixty-three (63) Rewards is available under this Campaign throughout the Campaign Period, divided into two (2) Campaign cycles and allocated according to the accepted loan amount tier, as set out in the table below.
  7. The Reward allocation is provided on a first-come, first-served basis according to the accepted loan amount tier, as stated in the table below:

    *Note: Rewards are limited and will be fulfilled based on the accepted loan amount tier, successful disbursement, and successful first instalment payment. 

  8. For the avoidance of doubt, Rewards are not guaranteed to all Eligible Users. Eligible Users who satisfy all requirements under Clause 4 will be eligible for Reward allocation consideration according to their accepted loan amount tier and the applicable Campaign cycle. Where the number of Eligible Users exceeds the available Rewards, Rewards will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on the successful loan disbursement date, as reflected in Alliance Bank’s records and/or the disbursement file provided by Alliance Bank to TNGD. Only Eligible Users within the available Reward quota will be entitled to receive the applicable Reward.
  9. The fulfilment of the Reward is subject to TNGD’s verification of the Eligible User(s) with Alliance Bank or using any records deemed relevant by TNGD. Eligible User(s) who successfully receive the Reward may be notified via push in-app notification and/or email by TNGD.
  10. If an Eligible User’s TNG eWallet account is suspended, blocked, dormant, closed, terminated, restricted, or otherwise unable to receive a cash Reward at the time of fulfilment, or if TNGD subsequently determines that the user does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions, the applicable Reward shall be forfeited automatically without compensation. For a device Reward, failure to complete verification or delivery arrangements within the period specified by TNGD may also result in forfeiture.
  11. Cash Rewards will be credited into the Eligible User’s TNG eWallet account within sixty (60) days after the end of the relevant Campaign cycle, or within such other period as may be determined by TNGD, subject to successful validation and operational processing. Eligible Users receiving device Rewards will be contacted using their registered contact details for verification and delivery arrangements.
  12. TNGD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or claim arising from or in connection with this Campaign, including but not limited to any unsuccessful loan application, rejection, cancellation, non-disbursement, delay in credit decision, delivery delay, or forfeiture of a Reward, save where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  13. Any taxes, levies, charges, fees, or other applicable payments arising from or in connection with the receipt or use of a Reward shall be borne solely by the relevant Eligible User, where applicable.
  14. Rewards are non-transferable and non-assignable and cannot be exchanged or substituted for another reward, benefit, or cash equivalent, except where the Reward is expressly stated as a cash Reward.
  15. All Users are reminded to borrow what is needed and can afford to repay. Loan approval is subject to Alliance Bank’s credit assessment and applicable terms. TNGD does not provide credit and does not influence the loan approval process and/or decision.
  16. By participating in this Campaign, each User acknowledges and agrees that the User:
    1. is required to read and understand these Terms and Conditions;
    2. has accessed and read these Terms and Conditions and confirms agreement to them;
    3. consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
    4. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    5. grant TNGD the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
  17. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this Campaign.
  18. TNGD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and with or without prior notice, to extend, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign via:

    1. announcement on the TNGD website; and/or  
    2. any other means of notification which TNGD deems appropriate.
  19. The decision of TNGD on all matters relating to this Campaign, including the selection of Users and resolution of any dispute, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, queries, challenges, or appeals will be entertained.
  20. All queries regarding the Campaign shall be directed to TNGD only. All queries regarding the Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan product, its terms, or its application process shall be directed to Alliance Bank. Users are encouraged to review the relevant Product Disclosure Sheet(s) or such other financing disclosures (including but not limited to effective rate or profit rate, fees or charges, and total repayment) before accepting any loan offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of financing are solely determined by Alliance Bank. TNGD shall bear no responsibility for any matters related to the loan product or services provided by Alliance Bank.
  21. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold, cancel, or claw back any incentive if a User is found to be in breach of TNGD’s User Terms and Conditions (https://www.tngdigital.com.my/assets/images/user-tnc.pdf)  or the Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan Terms and Conditions (Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan Terms and Conditions).
