YAYASAN LATIHAN INSAN ISTIMEWA IPOH PERAK

This caring centre is a charitable body founded since 1998 with registration No. 74. We have 33 handicapped and Down Syndrome children and adults. Their ages are between 8 and 48 years old. All of them are from poor families and most of them are abandoned by their families.
