DUAL BLESSING BHD was established on 19 August 2001 to cater the needs of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and former drug addicts, aged 18 years and above. Taking rebuilding life as our core mission, we strongly believe that all lives are invaluable with dignity! Through various vocational training for the PWDs and former drug addicts, we aim to equip them with skills to reintegrate in the workplace, promote self sufficiency, achieve self fulfilment and well being in life.
