Yes, each user is only able to reload up to a maximum of RM8,000 via Reload PINs, each calendar month.

Should you reach the maximum allowable reload amount for Reload PINs in the calendar month, we recommend using Online Banking Platform (DuitNow Transfer), Debit Cards and/or Credit Cards to reload the eWallet account.

You are only allowed to reload up to a maximum of RM8,000 via Reload PINs, each calendar month.

If you have purchased more than RM8,000 worth of Reload PINs, we would advise you to utilize the balance of the Reload PINs on the following month(s).

There could be several reasons why your PIN reload is unsuccessful : 

1. You have entered an incorrect 10 digits PIN 

• Please add '0' at the front if the PIN number is less than 10 digits

2. Continuous reload within 1 minute

•  Please allow at least 1 minute interval between each reload

3. Multiple failed attempt of PIN reload which result to account locked

• Please retry after 72 hours

4. You have reached max wallet limit - for more info please refer to article Are they any limitations for wallet usage?

• Please utilize some of your balance and retry reload

5. You have reached the monthly limit of RM8,000

• Please utilize balance of the reload PINs in the following calendar month

6. The reload PIN has expired

• You may refer to expiry date printed on the Reload PIN receipt, located below the PIN number.

7. Invalid PIN number - been used by other user or error in PIN number

• Please refer to the merchant where you purchased the reload PIN or the organization that you received the PIN number

8. Unable to proceed - The function to reload eWallet using TNG eWallet Reload PIN and/or Credit Card may have been disabled due to a breach of the User Terms and Conditions.

Are there any restrictions on who can purchase reload PINs for corporate purposes?
We offer reload PINs to companies that have registered with our service. To register your business, please email cfmssupport@tngdigital.com.my

What reload PIN denominations are available for corporate gifts / giveaways?
Available denominations start from RM1 and our biggest at RM8,000. You may request up to 15 different denominations per order at no charge. There will only be a handling fee if you request for more than 15 denominations or to change denominations once the reload PINs have been generated.

How do I bulk purchase reload PINs for corporate purposes?

What is the validity of reload PINs?
By default, reload PINs are valid for 6 months once generated. You may request for shorter validity period by specifying the desired date in the Purchase Order form.

Can we request to extend the expiry date for reload PINs after purchase?
If you wish to extend the expiry date for reload PINs after purchase, please email your request to cfmssupport@tngdigital.com.my. Please note that extension requests can only be made once and must be submitted at least 30 days before the expiry date. Upon approval, the expiry date can be extended for an additional 3 months. For requests made less than 30 days before the expiry date, you will be subjected to a handling fee. Additionally, any requests submitted less than 7 working days before the expiry date will not be entertained.

Is there a handling fee when purchasing reload PINs?

Is there a minimum or maximum quantity required when purchasing reload PINs for corporate gifts / giveaways?
The minimum order quantity is RM3,000. There is no maximum limit for orders.

What are the accepted payment methods for corporate orders of reload PINs?
We accept payment via bank transfer and cheques.

How long does it take to process and receive reload PINs purchased for corporate use?
Registration of new accounts typically takes around 7 to 12 working days. For businesses registered as of April 2023, a re-verification process is required, which takes approximately 5 working days. This shorter duration is because their information is already in our system.

The order processing and PIN delivery require approximately 5 working days.

Are bulk discounts available for purchasing reload PINs for corporate gifts / giveaways?
Unfortunately, we do not offer bulk discounts. The price of reload PINs is based on the required credit value.
