WalletSafe Save Like A Pro Campaign

Campaign Period

1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) in collaboration with AIA General Berhad (“AIA”).
2. The Campaign Period is from 12^th October 2026 until 31 December 2026, inclusive of both dates.

Eligibility

3. The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who successfully purchase or upgrade a WalletSafe policy either the Basic Plan or Pro Plan (“Eligible User”) during the Campaign Period. Auto-renewal and recurring payment transactions are excluded and are not eligible for participation in this Campaign.
4. Eligible Users who successfully purchase or upgrade a WalletSafe policy during the Campaign Period are entitled to participate in the WalletSafe Safe Like A Pro (“Lucky Draw”) Campaign.
5. Each successful purchase or upgrade of a WalletSafe Policy shall entitle the Eligible User to enter into the Lucky Draw, based on the arrangement below :

Campaign Lucky Draw

6. For the Lucky Draw, Eligible Users will stand a chance to win Monthly Prizes (“Prize”).

7. Winners of the lucky draw are only entitled to win ONE (1) Prize throughout the entire Campaign Period.
8. The duration of the monthly winners will be selected based on the below arrangement :

   December	1 December – 31 December 2026	401 pax

9. Lucky Draw winners shall be selected at random from eligible entries for each campaign month; and shall be conducted within 10 working days after the completion of each month by AIA.
10. Special Prize winners will be notified through AIA’s official WhatsApp channel. Winners must respond within two (2) working days from the date of first notification to confirm their winner status. Failure to respond within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the prize entitlement, and AIA reserves the right to contact the next standby winner.

Prizes Fulfilment

11. Standard Prize – The RM10 eWallet credit will be credited to the respective winners’ TNG eWallet account within five (5) working days from the date of the winners’ announcement on TNG Digital’s official social media channel and website.
12. Special Prize – The iPhone 18 Pro (256 GB) will be delivered to the respective winners within thirty (30) days from the date of the winners’ announcement on TNG Digital’s official social media channel and website, subject to product availability from the distributor.
13. The Organizers shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by winners.
14. The Organizers reserve the right to change the timeline or delivery method without prior notice.
15. The Organizers reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equivalent value due to any reason as determined by The Organizer with prior notice.

General Terms

16. By participating in the WalletSafe Safe Like A Pro Campaign, all participants: –
    • consent for The Organizers to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign; and
    • consent for TNG Digital to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names, first 6 or 7 digits of phone number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    • grant TNG Digital the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
17. All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained.
18. TNG Digital will not entertain any request from any User to credit Cashback to any third party other than the TNG eWallet account of the eligible winner.
19. The Organizers makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with this Lucky Draw.
20. The Organizers’ decision regarding the selection of Winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Lucky Draw, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding The Organizers’ decision on the same.
21. Any user who terminates their TNG eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to participate in this Campaign.
22. WalletSafe is underwritten by AIA General Berhad and is subject to the applicable policy terms and conditions.
23. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
