Terms and Conditions
- The TNG eWallet Visa Card Travel Cashback Campaign0 (“Campaign“) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD“) and is governed by the following terms and conditions.
- This Campaign is scheduled to run from 15 October 2025 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Campaign Eligibility
- Participation in this Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders that meet the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”):
- Applicable to users who have registered their TNG eWallet with a valid registered mobile number and successfully activated their TNG eWallet Visa Travel
- Perform an overseas and in-store transaction using your TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card by presenting it physically at merchant locations outside of Malaysia.
- Ensure that the transactions made must be successfully processed and not voided or reversed.
- Ensure that the transactions must not fall under the following excluded merchant category codes:

Specific Campaign Details
- All TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders that have adhered to the Campaign Requirements (“Eligible Users”) will be eligible to receive a cashback based on the eligible spend for international in-store payments made physically at a POS terminal. The applicable cashback will be determined based on the mechanics outlined in the table below.
(a) Festive Additional 2% Cashback
During the Festive Offer Period, Eligible Users shall be entitled to receive an additional 2% cashback, which shall apply on top of the Standard Cashback. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the “Festive Offer Period” means the period from 1 February 2026 to 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive). The applicable terms and mechanics for the Festive Additional 2% Cashback are set out in the table below:

(b) Standard Cashback
Outside the Festive Offer Period, Eligible Users shall be entitled to receive the Standard Cashback only, in accordance with the mechanics set out in the table below:

- In addition to the above, TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders will be eligible to receive the following benefits:

- The cashback amount will be credited to the Eligible User’s respective TNG eWallet account instantly after each successful transaction.
- This Campaign will cease once the cashback has been fully utilised or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.
- In the event of transaction reversals or refunds after the cashback has been awarded, TNGD reserves the right to deduct the corresponding cashback amount from your TNG eWallet account balance. TNGD will manually debit your TNG eWallet account balance for the cashback amount received from transactions that were subsequently reversed or refunded, as these do not constitute eligible spending under these terms and conditions.
- TNGD reserves the right to exclude user that deem abusive during the Campaign Period.
- TNGD reserves the right to modify, terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing prior notice to TNG eWallet Visa cardholders on the TNG eWallet website at touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet application.
- This Campaign shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
Permissions
- By participating in this Campaign, all participants:
- consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and
- consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
- grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
Others
- TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
