Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The Limited-Edition Durian Brick Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern the redemption and/or purchase of a limited-edition Durian Brick toy (“Durian Brick”) through GOrewards in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”).

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Campaign commences on 16 September 2026 and ends on 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

2.2 During this Campaign Period, an eligible user may redeem and/or purchase the Durian Brick through GOrewards in the TNG eWallet, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

3. Redemption Mechanics

3.1 The Durian Brick may only be redeemed by a TNG eWallet user who:

  • has an active TNG eWallet account;
  • is a GOrewards member; and
  • has sufficient GOrewards points and, where applicable, sufficient funds to complete the selected redemption option.

3.2 TNGD may withhold, reject, or cancel a user’s redemption if the user is found to have breached the TNG eWallet User Terms and Conditions, the GOrewards Loyalty Program-Points Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions, or any other applicable terms governing the use of the TNG eWallet.

3.3 Users may only redeem the Durian Brick during the Campaign Period and while stocks last.

3.4 Subject to stock availability, users may choose either of the following redemption options:

3.5 Users may redeem the Durian Brick by completing the following steps in the TNG eWallet:

  • Open the TNG eWallet and tap “GOrewards”;
  • Search for “Durian Brick”;
  • Select the item and tap “Add to Cart”
  • Tap the shopping cart icon at the top of the page;
  • If Redemption Option 1 (Full Points Redemption), toggle on the GOrewards points deduction option;
    1. Proceed To Checkout;
    2. Review and complete the redemption transaction by clicking “Order Now”; and
    3. Receive the redemption confirmation displayed in the TNG eWallet.
  • If Redemption Option 2 (Partial Points + Cash Redemption), toddle on the GOrewards points deduction option;
    1. Proceed To Checkout;
    2. Complete the payment for the cash component;
    3. Review and complete the redemption and purchase transaction by clicking “Order Now”; and
    4. Receive the redemption confirmation displayed in the TNG eWallet.

3.6 Each successful redemption entitles the user to one (1) Durian Brick.

3.7 GOrewards points redeemed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once redemption has been successfully completed.

3.8 Redemption is subject to stock availability and shall only be deemed successful upon the display of a redemption confirmation in the TNG eWallet.

3.9 For Redemption Option 2 (Partial Points + Cash Redemption), the redemption shall only be deemed successful after the applicable payment has been successfully processed. Any refund or reversal of the RM40.00 cash component, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any other applicable terms governing the transaction and use of TNG eWallet.

4. Stock Availability

4.1 The Durian Brick is available in limited quantities and redemption is on a first-come, first served basis, while stocks last.

4.2 TNGD does not guarantee that stock will be available at any time. Adding the Durian Brick to cart does not reserve or guarantee availability. Availability shown in the TNG eWallet may change while a redemption is being processed.

5. Delivery and Fulfilment

5.1 A successfully redeemed Durian Brick will be fulfilled through TNGD’s appointed delivery partner and delivered to the user’s designated delivery address.

5.2 The user must provide all information required for delivery as displayed in the TNG eWallet or subsequently communicated by TNGD or its appointed delivery partner. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that such information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

5.3 The Durian Brick is manufactured and supplied by a third party supplier. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Durian Brick is provided on an ‘as is where is basis”, and TNGD makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, in relation to the Durian Brick, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.

5.4 Any claim relating to a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete Durian Brick or delivery issues or failure must be reported to TNGD through the supported channel available in the TNG eWallet within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, together with reasonable supporting evidence. TNGD reserves the right to reject any claim submitted after the prescribed period.

5.5 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNGD shall not be responsible or liable for any defect, malfunction, damage, loss, or claim arising from or in connection with the manufacture, design, quality, condition, use or misuse of the Durian Brick.

5.6 Images of the Durian Brick displayed in the TNG eWallet, promotional materials or related communications are for illustration purposes only. The actual product, packaging, colour and specifications may vary.

5.7 A delivery fee of RM7 applies to deliveries within West Malaysia, while a fee of RM14 applies to deliveries to East Malaysia. 6. General Terms

6.1 TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under this Campaign, or to suspend, cancel, or withhold the redemption or purchase of the Durian Brick, if a user is found to have been in breach of any Touch ‘n Go eWallet User Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf), these Terms and Conditions, or any of the applicable terms and conditions governing the use of TNG eWallet.

6.2 TNGD reserves the right at its absolute discretion, from time to time, to vary, add to, delete or otherwise amend these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof by giving you five (5) days prior notice of such changes, additions or deletions.

6.3 TNGD is not responsible for any failure or delay in the redemption process caused by network congestion, telecommunications failure, system or application interruption, device incompatibility, transaction-processing failure, unauthorised account access or any event beyond TNGD’s reasonable control.

6.4 TNGD may reject, cancel or withhold any redemption or benefit where TNGD reasonably believes that a user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or suspicious activity, manipulated the redemption process or breached any applicable terms.

6.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNGD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from or in connection with the Campaign, the redemption process, delivery or use of the Durian Brick.

6.6 TNGD’s decisions relating to the Campaign, including eligibility, stock availability, redemption status and fulfilment, are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

6.7 These Terms and Conditions are subject to the TNG Digital User Terms and Conditions available at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf and the General Campaign Terms and Conditions available at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/tnc/general-campaign-terms-and-conditions/ . If there is any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency in relation to this Campaign.

7. Privacy

7.1 By participating in the Campaign, each Participant agrees and consents to the collection, processing, disclosure and use of their personal data by TNGD and its appointed service providers, including the delivery partner, for purposes connected with the Campaign, redemption, payment, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable law.

7.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with TNGD’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/policies/privacy-policy/ and applicable personal-data-protection laws.
