Principal: RetireEasy Campaign 2026 Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The Campaign is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”) and Principal Asset Management Berhad (199401018399 (304078-K) (“Principal”).
  2. The Campaign begins on 12th October 2026 to 31st December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility

  1. The Campaign is open to all Investment – Principal users who perform a Cash In in to their Principal – “Retire” account only, made available on the Investment tile of TNG eWallet, during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).
  2. Eligible Participants can Cash In into any one (1) of the following products:
    • Principal RetireEasy
    • Principal Islamic RetireEasy
      (“Eligible Product”).
  1. Eligible Participants will be entitled to the Bonus Reward as set out in the Campaign Rewards and Mechanics below (“Campaign Rewards”).

Campaign Rewards and Mechanics

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the Eligible Participants who satisfy the conditions stated in Clause 3, 4 and 7 will be entitled to a Bonus Reward equivalent to 1% of the Eligible Participant’s Cash In Amount accumulated throughout the Campaign Period. (“Bonus Reward”), where “Cash In Amount” means the total cash-in amount of each Eligible Participant into an Eligible Product throughout the Campaign Period.
  2. To be eligible for the Bonus Reward, the Eligible Participants are required to fulfil all of the following requirements:

a. The Eligible Participant must key in “RETIREEASY” in the promo code field of Principal – “Retire” feature account whenever a single cash in is performed within the Campaign Period.

b. The Eligible Participant must perform a minimum cash in of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000.00) in a single transaction into their Principal – “Retire” feature account during the Campaign Period;

c. The Eligible Participant must not perform any cash-out, whether in whole or in part, from their Principal – “Retire” feature account from the date of the cash in under Clause 7(b) until 31 March 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Any cash-out during this period will disqualify the Eligible Participant from receiving the Bonus Reward.

d. The Bonus Reward will be calculated based on the Cash In Amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal – “Retire” account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 31st December 2026 11.59 PM.

e. Each Eligible Participant who fulfils all the criteria stated in Clause 3, 4 and 7 herein is entitled to receive the Bonus Reward, with no individual reward cap, subject to the Campaign’s total reward cap of RM200,000.

Other Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. The Bonus Reward will be credited in the form of fund units to the Eligible Participant’s Principal – “Retire” feature account under the relevant Eligible Product within thirty (30) days after 31 March 2027, i.e. by 30 April 2027 (“Reward Distribution Date”).
  2. If the Eligible Participant closes their TNG eWallet account or Principal – “Retire” account or exercises their right to cooling off prior to the Reward Distribution Date, the Eligible Participant shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to the Campaign Reward.
  3. For the avoidance of any doubt, Eligible Participant will not be entitled to the Campaign Reward if the Amount Capped of RM200,000 is fully allocated or utilized. Allocation to users is on a “First-Come-First-Served” basis, determined by the order in which Eligible Participants subscribe, purchase or invest into the Eligible Products throughout the entire Campaign Period. For clarity, the Campaign Reward will be allocated based on the date and time of each qualifying subscription, purchase or investment, and not the date on which the Eligible Participant registers or participates in the Campaign.
  4. TNGD and Principal reserve the right to substitute the gift with that of a similar value at any time with prior notice.
  1. Eligible Participants are entitled to participate concurrently in other promotions or campaigns organized by Principal or TNGD during the Campaign Period.
  2. By participating in this Campaign, Users agree to allow TNGD and Principal the right to use names, private details and photographs of the Users and/or Winners, for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes, in accordance with applicable laws without any cost or compensation.
  3. All Users and/or Winners shall be personally liable for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under the applicable laws in relation to the prizes and this Campaign.
  4. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits pursuant to this Campaign, with prior notice to the Users if the Users are found to have been in breach of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/assets/images/user-tnc.pdf.
  5. TNGD and Principal reserve the right, at any time, to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions herein anytime by giving written notice through the TNGD and Principal websites or social media platforms owned by TNGD and Principal, respectively.
  6. TNGD and Principal reserve the right to disqualify/reject any Users who do not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign.
  7. TNGD and Principal shall not be responsible or liable for any losses howsoever arising or suffered by the Users whether arising directly or indirectly from the Users’ participation in this Campaign or otherwise.
  8. These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the TNGD’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/tnc/general-campaign-terms-and-conditions/.
  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
  10. In the event of any inconsistencies, discrepancies or conflicts between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
