1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD)

 

2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TNGD reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

 

3. The Campaign Period is from 22^nd August 2026 until 31^st December 2026, both dates inclusive.

 

Campaign Eligibility

1. This Campaign is open only to new TNG eWallet users who successfully register for a TNG eWallet account and complete eKYC verification during the Campaign Period.

 

2. Users must reload their TNG eWallet using an eligible Mastercard issued outside Malaysia and Singapore.

 

3. Cards issued in Malaysia and Singapore are expressly excluded from this Campaign.

 

4. The eligible Mastercard must not have been used for any successful TNG eWallet reload transaction prior to the Campaign Period.

 

5. Each eligible user may receive a maximum of one (1) cashback throughout the Campaign Period.

How to Get Cashback

1. Reload your TNG eWallet with a minimum of RM500 in a single transaction using Mastercard during the Campaign Period.

 

2. The qualifying reload transaction must be the first successful TNG eWallet reload transaction performed using the eligible Mastercard during the Campaign Period.

 

3. Upon a successful eligible reload, you will receive a 20% cashback (capped at RM100).

 

4. Each user is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) cashback throughout the entire Campaign Period.

Cashback Allocation

2. Cashback rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to the first 150 eligible users per week throughout the Campaign Period.

 

3. Weekly cycles are defined as follows:

• Week 1: 1st – 7th of the month
• Week 2: 8th – 14th of the month
• Week 3: 15th – 21st of the month
• Week 4: 22nd – 30th/31st of the month

 

Cashback Fulfillment

1. Your eligibility for the cashback shall be determined based on the date and time the reload transaction is recorded in TNGD’s system.

 

2. In the event of a tie for the final available cashback within a particular week:

• The TNG eWallet account with the higher reload amount shall be prioritized; and
• If a tie still persists, the account with the higher number of reload transactions shall receive the cashback.

 

3. Cashback Fulfillment Schedule:

22 – 30/31	4	Next working day after month-end

 

4. Cashback will be credited directly to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet within 5 working days (T+5) from the cashback fulfillment date.

 

5. Mastercard and TNG Digital Sdn Bhd will not entertain any request from any participating Mastercard cardholder or any other person to fulfil the Cash Back to any third party other than the TNG eWallet account of the participating RM100 Cashback with your Foreign Mastercard Campaign.

 

Important Notes

 

1. No notification will be sent after the weekly or monthly cashback allocation has been fully claimed.

 

2. TNGD reserves the right to disqualify any user or withhold/cancel any cashback if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the user’s account becomes inactive, invalid, or is terminated during the Campaign.

 

3. All decisions made by TNGD regarding any aspect of this Campaign, including but not limited to eligibility and voucher issuance, are final and binding.

 

4. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to TNGD collecting, processing, and using your personal data in accordance with our privacy notice for purposes related to this Campaign.
