Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Promotion Period is from 5 August 2026 until 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
  3. New users who sign up for an Eastel number via the ‘Eastel’ Mini Program in TNG eWallet and subscribe to an eligible TNGD Exclusive Eastel Prepaid Plan with a minimum spend of RM25 are entitled to receive RM8 Cashback.
  4. The cashback amount will be credited into the user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
  5. Each eligible TNG eWallet user is entitled to enjoy the RM8 cashback one (1) time only throughout the promotion period.
  6. The cashback is limited to the first 3,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the cashback has been fully utilised or upon the expiry of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.
  7. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  8. This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  9. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
