Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) in collaboration with AIA General Berhad (“AIA”).
  2. The Campaign Period is from 5th October 2026 until 31st December 2026, inclusive of both dates.

Eligibility

  1. The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who purchase an AIA SafeTrip Travel Insurance policy through TripInsure in TNG eWallet for travel to any of the following destinations: China, Thailand Indonesia, Japan or Vietnam. To qualify, users must make a minimum purchase of RM50 in a single transaction and enter promo code : CUTILAH during the Campaign period (“Eligible Users”).
  2. Multiple policy purchases are allowed. Each successful issued and non-cancelled policy purchase shall be entitled for the Campaign Reward.

Campaign Reward

  1. Eligible users shall be entitled to get a RM30 Cashback on an AIA SafeTrip travel insurance purchase (“Reward”).
  2. The RM30 Cashback shall be credited to the Eligible Users’ respective TNG eWallet account within 15 working days from the date of the issuance of said policy / certificate.
  3. The total maximum Cashback fund allocated for the RM30 Cashback Reward is RM48,000, which will be distributed to all Eligible Users during the Campaign Period on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. A minimum purchase amount of RM50 is required to enjoy the RM30 Cashback Reward.
  5. The RM30 Cashback Reward shall cease once the maximum cashback fund has been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whenever is earlier.

General Terms

  1. SafeTrip is underwritten by AIA General Berhad and is subject to the applicable policy terms and conditions.
  2. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
