Travel Insurance 15% Cashback Campaign

Q1. What is this campaign about?

The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who key in the promo code : HOLIDAY26 and successfully purchase a Travel Insurance via TripInsure in TNG eWallet during Campaign period (“Eligible Users”). Eligible users shall be entitled to get a 15% Cashback on travel insurance purchase.

 

Q2. What is the duration of the campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 15^th September 2026 until 31^st October 2026, inclusive of both dates.

 

Q3. What reward will I be getting if I purchased TripInsure Travel Insurance and key in promo code during campaign period?

Eligible users shall be entitled to get a 15% Cashback on travel insurance purchase.

 

Q4. When can I receive the 15% cashback for travel insurance purchase?

The 15% Cashback shall be credited to the Eligible Users’ respective TNG eWallet account within 15 working days from the date of the issuance of said policy / certificate.

 

Q5. Is there any minimum spending amount to get the cashback?

No minimum purchase amount is required, and there is no individual cashback cap for the 15% Cashback Reward.

 

Q6. Is the 15% Cashback based on the total transaction amount for travel insurance?

The 15% Cashback is applicable only to the total gross premium of the Travel Insurance policy. Stamp duty and SST are excluded from the cashback calculation and shall be charged at full value.

 

Q7. Is there a limit/ capping for this 15% Cashback reward?

The total maximum Cashback fund allocated for the 15% Cashback Reward is RM40,000, which will be distributed to all Eligible Users during the Campaign Period on a first-come, first-served basis.
