You may participate unlimited times provided you have sufficient GOrewards points.

3. What are the minimum points required to play a game?

Each game requires different GOrewards points ranging from 50 to 100 points. The required amount will be shown at the main screen of each game.

4. Can I buy GOrewards points if my points run out?

No, GOrewards points are strictly only earned through valid transactions with TNG e-Wallet.

5. Do I need to be connected to the internet while playing the game?

Yes, you need to be connected to the internet while playing the games.

6. How do I get rewards in Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Games?

You can get rewards by participating in the mini-games.

7. What rewards can I receive?

You will receive a digital voucher that will be stored under the GOrewards section in Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet. We do not offer physical items or rewards.

You will receive random GOrewards vouchers from a variety of brands, lucky draw vouchers and Reload PINs.

Please note in the case of ‘Lucky draw’ vouchers, you will only receive an entry to our monthly lucky draw where the winners are announced on the 2nd week of the following month. You can check the winners results on our Facebook announcement posts or your email (only receive if you are a winner).

8.   How can I claim my rewards?

Upon completing a round of any game, your reward will automatically be stored under your vouchers in GOrewards.

9.   Will I get a reward if I quit the game whilst the game is in session?

Rewards will only be triggered upon a completed game session. Please do not exit the game abnormally or close Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet during the game play.

10.   Can I exchange my reward voucher for a different voucher?

No, rewards are non-exchangeable.

11.   How long are the rewards valid till?

Each reward has their own validity period. Kindly refer to the reward details under your GOrewards.

12.   The game encountered an error or interruption during game play, will I get back my points?

No, you will not be getting back your points. Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet is not liable for any game crashes or interruptions.

13.   Can I change the default language of the games?

No, unfortunately we only have English for all the games we offer.
