Q1 What is this campaign?

Users who pay their Indah Water bill using the TNG eWallet “Bills” feature with a minimum spend of RM24 in a single transaction will receive RM2 cashback.

 

Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?

The campaign period is from 1st June 2026 until 30th November 2026.

The RM2 cashback is limited to the 15,000 eligible transactions per calendar month, with a total of 90,000 eligible transactions throughout the Campaign Period. The campaign will cease once the cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

 

Q3 Who is eligible for this campaign?

The campaign is valid for all TNG eWallet’s users who make the bill payment to Indah Water Konsortium under “Bill” function in the TNG eWallet.

 

Q4 Is the campaign valid at all physical and online stores?

The campaign is valid for bill payment made in TNG eWallet under “Bill” function for Indah Water Konsortium only. It is not valid for physical stores, online stores, reload transactions, gift cards, or in-store services.

 

Q5 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The RM2 cashback limited to the first 15,000 eligible transactions per calendar month, with a total of 90,000 eligible transactions throughout the Campaign Period.

The campaign will cease once the cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.

 

Q6 When will I receive the cashback?

The RM2 cashback will be credited back to the respective TNG eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this promotion.
