Q1          What is this campaign?
This campaign is only open to selected users who have successfully made purchase on Prepaid  with the min spend of RM5 through eWallet for the first time. Users are eligible to receive ONE (1) App Store/Play Store voucher with RM2 cashback with the minimum spend of RM5. The voucher validity is 30 days upon issuance to the users (“Campaign”).

Q2          What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign Period is from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.

Q3          Who is eligible for this campaign?
This campaign is only open to selected users who have successfully made purchase on Prepaid  with the minimum spend of RM5 through TNG eWallet for the first time.  

Q4          Where will I receive the cashback voucher bundle?
The Cashback voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s TNG eWallet on the selected users.

Q5          When will the cashback be credited to me upon completion for the requirements?
The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. 

Q6          How long will the Cashback Voucher be available for me to use?
The validity of the Cashback Voucher is 30 days upon voucher issuance. Any unused cashback voucher thereafter will expire.

Q7          If I forget to use my Cashback Voucher, can the voucher be reinstated?
If users do not spend the Cashback Voucher within validity period, the amount will be forfeited. Any unused voucher cannot be reinstated.

 Q1     Apakah tawaran kempen ini?
Kempen ini terbuka hanya kepada pengguna terpilih yang berjaya membuat pembayaran minimum RM5 melalui eWallet mereka di Prabayar buat pertama kali. Pengguna layak menerima SATU(1) RM2 Baucar Pulangan Tunai App Store/Play Store dengan perbelanjaan minimum sebanyak RM5 diperlukan untuk penebusan. Baucar ini sah digunakan selama 30 hari selepas dikeluarkan kepada pengguna (“Kempen”).

Q2     Apakah tempoh kempen in?
Tempoh promosi adalah dari 1 Januari 2026 sehingga 31 Disember 2026, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

Q3     Siapakah yang layak menikmati kempen ini?
Kempen ini terbuka hanya kepada pengguna terpilih yang berjaya membuat pembayaran minimum RM5 melalui eWallet mereka di Prabayar buat pertama kali.

Q4     Dimanakah saya akan menerima pakej baucar pulangan tunai?
Pakej baucar pulangan tunai akan disimpan secara automatik di bahagian “My Rewards” dalam TNG eWallet pengguna yang terpilih.

Q5     Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?
Pulangan tunai ini akan dikreditkan ke akaun TNG eWallet pengguna selepas transaksi berjaya dilakukan.

Q6     Berapa lamakah Baucar Pulangan Tunai akan tersedia untuk saya gunakan?
Tempoh sah baucar adalah 30 hari selepas pengeluaran Baucar Pulangan Tunai. Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang tidak digunakan selepas itu akan luput.

Q7     Jika saya terlupa menggunakan Baucar Pulangan Tunai saya, bolehkah ia dikembalikan?
Sekiranya pengguna tidak menebus Baucar Pulangan Tunai dalam tempoh sah laku, baucar tersebut akan luput. Sebarang baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas tarikh tamat sah laku tidak boleh dipulihkan semula.
