AIA SafeTrip Cuti and Save Campaign

Q1. What is this campaign about?

The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who purchase an AIA SafeTrip Travel Insurance policy through TripInsure in TNG eWallet for travel to any of the following destinations: China, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan or Vietnam. To qualify, users must make a minimum purchase of RM50 in a single transaction and enter promo code : CUTILAH during the Campaign period (“Eligible Users”).

Eligible users shall be entitled to get a RM30 Cashback on an AIA SafeTrip travel insurance purchase (“Reward”).

 

Q2. What is the duration of the campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 5^th October 2026 until 31^st December 2026, inclusive of both dates.

 

Q3. What reward will I be getting if I fulfil the campaign criteria and purchased AIA SafeTrip Travel Insurance during campaign period?

Eligible users shall be entitled to get a RM30 Cashback on AIA SafeTrip travel insurance purchase.

 

Q4. When can I receive the RM30 cashback for travel insurance purchase?

The RM30 Cashback shall be credited to the Eligible Users’ respective TNG eWallet account within 15 working days from the date of the issuance of said policy / certificate.

 

Q5. Is there any minimum spending amount to get the cashback?

Yes, A minimum purchase amount of RM50 is required to enjoy the RM30 Cashback Reward.

 

Q6. Can I enjoy RM30 cashback if I fulfil the campaign criteria but choose another insurance provider because I require a higher coverage amount?

Unfortunately no. This campaign is exclusively applicable to AIA SafeTrip Travel Insurance. To be eligible for the RM30 cashback reward, you must purchase an AIA SafeTrip Travel Insurance policy through TripInsure in TNG eWallet app during the Campaign Period and meet all applicable campaign requirements. Purchasing a travel insurance policy from other insurance provider will not qualify for the cashback reward.

 

Q7. What are the selected countries that are eligible for this campaign?

The selected countries eligible for this campaign are China, Thailand Indonesia, Japan or Vietnam.

 

Q8. If I am visiting multiple countries, am I eligible for this campaign if one of them is a selected country? 

Yes. If you are travelling to multiple countries and at least one of the countries is among the selected countries (China, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, or Vietnam), you will be eligible for this campaign.

 

Q9. Is there a limit/ capping for this RM30 Cashback reward?

The total maximum Cashback fund allocated for the RM30 Cashback Reward is RM48,000, which will be distributed to all Eligible Users during the Campaign Period on a first-come, first-served basis.
