Remittance Referral Program

1.What is the Referrer RM5 Cashback?
It is a cashback reward given to Referrers when they successfully refer a friend who completes their first remittance transaction using the Referrer’s referral link or QR code.

2.What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign Period is from 2 January 2026 until 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive.

3.Who is eligible to receive the RM5 cashback?
Any existing or new TNG eWallet user who shares their referral link or QR code, and whose referred friend:

• completes eKYC verification; and
• performs their first successful remittance transaction

          will be eligible to receive RM5 cashback.

4.What reward does the Referee (new user) receive?
Each Referee will receive RM3 cashback after completing their first successful remittance transactionusing a valid referral link or QR code.

5.Can I make more than one referral?
Yes. Referrers can make multiple referrals and will receive RM5 cashback for each successful referral.
However, the campaign is limited to the first 10,000 successful referrals, or until the Campaign Period ends, whichever comes first.

6.Do I need to redeem the cashback?
No. The cashback will be automatically credited to your TNG eWallet once all campaign conditions are fulfilled.

7.When will I receive my cashback?
The cashback will be credited to your TNG eWallet automatically after the successful remittance transaction is completed and all eligibility criteria are met.

8.Can a Referee also become a Referrer?
Yes. Once a Referee has successfully completed their first remittance transaction, they can share their own referral link or QR code and start earning cashback as a Referrer.

9.Can I receive multiple cashback rewards as a Referee?
No. Each Referee is only eligible to receive the RM3 cashback once, regardless of the number of referral links used.

10.How can I track my referrals?

Referrers can view all successful referrals in the “My Invitation” section within the Remittance Mini Program.
