Tap “Activate physical card”.

Scan the QR on your letter, or enter the activation code. Done! 🎉

No stress — it happens! Our Customer Experience Squad (CES) will help you activate your card.
D · 😯 No card / lost it
Over 10 working days and no card? Contact CES and we will track your delivery.
Lost it? Order a replacement in the app: search “Visa Card”, pick your card and pay. RM15 application + RM5 delivery — first year's annual fee free.
