Cashback Promotion (RM4)

1.      This Campaign is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS).

2.      Users who make a minimum payment of RM70 in a single transaction for Zakat under Lembaga Zakat Selangor will be eligible to receive RM4 cashback.

3.      The cashback is limited to the first 2,155 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the cashback have been fully utilised or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.

Cashback Promotion (RM3)

4.      Promotion is valid for all Zakat payment under Zakat bodies enabled that has enabled with TNG eWallet under ‘Bills’ function:

a.      Lembaga Zakat Negeri Kedah

b.      Majlis Agama Islam Johor

c.      Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Kelantan

d.      Majlis Ugama Islam Sabah

e.      Pusat Kutipan Zakat Pahang

f.       Zakat Pulau Pinang

5.      Users who make a minimum payment of RM50 in a single transaction for Zakat under Zakat bodies mentioned above will be eligible to receive RM3 cashback.

6.      The cashback is limited to the first 2,493 eligible transactions. The promotion will cease once the cashback have been fully utilised or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.

Campaign Rule

7.      The campaign period is from 4^th December until 31^st December 2025, both dates inclusive.

8.      Promotion is valid for Zakat payment exclusively for Zakat Harta and applies only to transactions made via TNG eWallet.

9.      Types of Zakat eligible for this Promotion:

a.      Zakat on business

b.      Zakat on EPF

c.      Zakat on gold

d.      Zakat on greens and fruits

e.      Zakat on livestock

f.       Zakat on paddy

g.      Zakat on Rikaz, ore, and treasures

h.      Zakat on salary and income

i.        Zakat on savings

j.        Zakat on shares

k.      Zakat on silver

10.   The cashback will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet account within three (3) working days after successful transactions, TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this promotion.

11.   No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

12.   Each user is limited to one (1) cashback reward throughout the campaign period regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made.

13.   This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

Lucky Draw

14.   Users are entitled to join the Lucky Draw for a successful transaction of Zakat Harta payment.

15.   Each user will receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw, regardless of the number of successful transactions.

16.   10 lucky winners will be selected to win RM100 eWallet credit.

17.   Each winner is eligible to receive only ONE (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period.

18.   Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

19.   TNGD reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value at its sole discretion.

20.   To collect the prize, winners will be required to reply to an email from winners@tngdigital.com.my within seven (7) days from the date of the email being sent and provide the necessary information for verification purposes.

21.   The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TNGD within seven (7) days from the day the email was sent.

22.   TNGD will not be responsible for any disputes/claims that arise from users’ failure to receive winners’ notification email or prizes from TNGD, due to such users’ fault/negligence, including but not limited to wrong email address registered on TNG eWallet, wrong email address provided, or shared email account.

24.   TNG Digital Sdn Bhd employees are not eligible to win the prize in the Lucky Draw.

25.   The winners must collect the prize after receiving the confirmation via email at TNG Digital Sdn Bhd office. For winners, outside Klang Valley, we will courier the prize.

26.   All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. TNGD shall not be liable for any damage caused during delivery. No replacement or exchange of prizes will be entertained.

27.   By participating in this campaign, all users:

a.      consent to TNGD collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for Campaign-related purposes.

b.      consent to TNGD publishing their personal information including names and last 4 digits of IC numbers in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

c.      grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for promotional purposes without compensation. TNGD shall not be held responsible for any failure to receive winner notifications or prizes due to incorrect email addresses, shared email accounts, or any other circumstances beyond TNGD’s reasonable control.

28.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. The General Users Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
