TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility
    1. This ‘Online Super Sale’ campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701042478 (1256651-M)) (“TNGD”).
    2. This Campaign is open to the following participant(s) who meet all of the following criteria (each, a “Participant”):
      • The participant shall be a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) user; and
      • The participant’s TNG eWallet account is registered with and linked to a valid Malaysian mobile number.
    3. Employees of TNGD are also eligible to participate in the Campaign.
    4. By participating in this Campaign, all users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Campaign’s Terms and Conditions herein.
  1. Campaign Period
    1. The campaign period is from 12 November 2025 to 11 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
  1. Campaign Mechanics
    1. During the Campaign Period, Participants can access a dedicated page on the TNG eWallet to redeem the following types of vouchers/deals:
      (i) Free vouchers – do not require payment or points to be redeemed;
      (ii) Points-based vouchers – require GOrewards points to be redeemed; and
      (iii) Deals – require both GOrewards points redemption and payment to be purchased.
    2. For free vouchers, each Participant is limited to one (1) redemption per voucher throughout the Campaign Period, unless otherwise stated.
    3. For points-based vouchers and deals, redemptions are subject to the respective voucher’s redemption limit as stated in its individual terms. Participants may redeem if they have sufficient GOrewards points balance.
    4. Vouchers and deals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
    5. Vouchers and deals are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    6. All vouchers and deals offered under this Campaign are further subject to their respective terms and conditions.

  1. Fulfilment
    1. Cashback vouchers (if applicable) will be credited to the Participant’s TNG eWallet account after the qualifying transaction [Claim > Pay > cashback credited].
    2. Promo code vouchers (if applicable) must be applied at checkout to receive the discount [Claim > Reveal Code > Apply > Pay].
    3. Deals (if applicable) will be fulfilled and delivered by the respective catalogue partners after the qualifying transaction.
    4. All vouchers and deals must be used before the stated expiry date. Once expired, vouchers and deals will no longer be valid.

 

  1. General Terms
    1. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
    2. TNGD reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion by giving five (5) days prior notice.
    3. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any voucher or deal with another of similar value.
    4. TNGD shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or failure arising from network issues, merchant systems, or user negligence.
    5. TNGD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, or goodwill arising from or in connection with this Campaign).
    6. TNGD is not responsible or held liable for any technical issues, failures, interruptions, or other events of any kinds whatsoever that is beyond its control.
    7. TNGD’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by TNGD will not be entertained.
    8. TNGD makes no warranties or representations regarding any items, products and/or services under the vouchers and/or deals, including its quality, merchantability and/or fitness for the purpose. Participants agree to resolve any such issues, defects or claims directly with the relevant merchant or partner.  
    9. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the Campaign, if a user is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

    1. By participating in the Campaign, each user agrees and consents to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed, and used by TNGD in accordance with TNGD’s Privacy Policy.
