TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card Activation Campaign

Terms & Conditions

  1. The TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card Activation Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is governed by the following terms and conditions.
  2. This campaign is scheduled to run from 1st January 2026 to 30th June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

    Campaign Eligibility
  3. Participation in this Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders that meet the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”):
    a. Applicable to users who have registered their TNG eWallet with a valid registered mobile number.
    b. Applicable to users who successfully activate their TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card during the Campaign Period.
    c. Applicable to users who successfully adhere to the Eligible Spend stipulated hereunder.Specific Campaign Details
  4. All TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders that have adhered to the Campaign Requirements (“Eligible Users”) shall be entitled to receive eight (8) cashback vouchers with a total value of up to Ringgit Malaysia Thirty-Five (RM35.00) immediately upon successful activation of the TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card.
  5. Each cashback voucher (“Voucher”) may be utilised only upon meeting the applicable minimum spending requirement as specified in Item 7 and provided that the transaction does not fall under the excluded merchant category codes set out in Item 6 (“Eligible Spend”). All Vouchers shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance.
  6. Eligible Users under this campaign must ensure that the transaction made does not fall under the following excluded merchant category codes:

  7. The Vouchers issued under this Campaign may only be used for international online or international in-store transactions, subject to the voucher-specific terms below:

    A transaction of RM20.00 made, will be rewarded with RM2.00 cashback.

     

    For clarity purposes, an “international online transaction” means making any payments on any digital or e-commerce platform, including but not limited to online platforms such as Amazon, Shein, Booking.com, Agoda and other similar services that requires payment to be made in a foreign currency other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

  8. Vouchers awarded under this Campaign are offered in addition to the up to 3% unlimited cashback campaign currently available on the TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card during the Campaign Period.
  9. The cashback amount will be credited to the Eligible User’s respective TNG eWallet account instantly after each successful transaction.
  10. In the event a transaction is voided, cancelled, reversed, or refunded after the cashback has been awarded, TNGD reserves the right to deduct the corresponding cashback amount from your TNG eWallet account balance.
  11. TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing at least five (5) days prior notice on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet application.Others
  12. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
