TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

• This ‘Turbo Mission Hunt Campaign Page’ (“Campaign“) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701042478 (1256651-M)) (“TNGD“).
• By participating in this Campaign, all users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions below.

 

2. Eligibility

• This Campaign is open to participants who meet all of the following criteria (each, a “Participant“):
• The Participant must be a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet“) user; and
• The Participant’s TNG eWallet account must be registered with and linked to a valid Malaysian mobile number.
• All users, including employees of TNGD and the TNG Digital Group, are eligible to participate in this Campaign. However, employees of TNGD or employees of any entities under the TNG Digital Group are not eligible for lucky draw entries or lucky draw prizes under this Campaign.
• For the purposes hereof, “TNG Digital Group” refers to the following entities:
• TNGD;
• TNG Digital Group Sdn. Bhd.;
• TNG Digital Remittance Sdn. Bhd.;
• Nadi Tech Sdn Bhd; and
• any other entities that may be incorporated or become part of the TNG Digital Group from time to time.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period“).

4. Campaign Page and Features

• During the Campaign, a dedicated campaign page will be featured within the TNG eWallet app (“Campaign Page“), which comprises of the following sections:
• Mission Hunt Spin Wheel
• Crazy Flash Deals
• Travel & Ride Saver
• Best Picks For You
• TNGD may, from time to time, update, add, or remove sections, features, or content within the Campaign Page.
• Not all features, products, or services displayed within the Campaign Page will offer rewards, cashback, vouchers, or promotions.

5. Campaign Mechanics

5.1 Mission Hunt Spin Wheel

 

• To participate in the Mission Hunt Spin Wheel, eligible Participants must complete the transactions from the list of distinct missions (“Missions“) as displayed within the Campaign interface during the Campaign Period.
• The Missions may include, without limitation, categories such as making payments, paying prepaid or postpaid bills, transferring funds, using selected eWallet features, and/or other qualifying actions as displayed within the Campaign interface. TNGD reserves the right to add, remove, or vary the Missions at any time at its sole discretion.
• Each successfully completed Mission earns the Participant ONE (1) entry (“Entry“). Multiple transactions within the same Mission category will only be counted once.
• Each Participant may earn up to a maximum of SEVEN (7) Entries per week. The weekly Entry limit resets every Monday at 00:00 during the Campaign Period, unless otherwise stated within the Campaign interface.
• Transactions must be completed within the Campaign Period to qualify. TNGD reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a transaction qualifies for Mission completion.
• Each Entry entitles the Participant to spin the wheel once to receive one (1) randomised Prize from the Prize Pool set out below (“Spin“).
• Prizes available under the Mission Hunt Spin Wheel may include:

• Prizes are limited in quantity and shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Prizes are distributed via an automated randomisation system. All allocations shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
• TNGD reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of similar value at its sole discretion.
• The Prizes are further subject to the terms set out in Section 6 below and their own applicable terms and conditions as stated in the respective voucher or prize details.

5.2 Crazy Flash Deals

• The Crazy Flash Deals section features selected vouchers, discounts and promotional offers available for redemption during the Campaign Period, subject to availability and while stocks last.
• Participation requirements, voucher values, minimum spend (if any), validity periods and redemption mechanics vary depending on the specific voucher or deal. All vouchers and deals offered under this section are further subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5.3  Travel & Ride Saver

• The Travel & Ride Saver section features selected travel-related deals, ride promotions and partner offers.
• Benefits, eligibility criteria, booking periods, travel periods and other conditions (if any) are determined by the respective travel or ride partner and/or voucher terms and conditions. TNGD makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, quality or suitability of any travel or ride services offered.

5.4  Best Picks For You

• The Best Picks For You section feature selected products and/or services curated for discovery.
• This section serves as a discovery platform only. Any purchase, subscription, reward, cashback or promotion relating to a featured product or service shall be subject to the applicable merchant-specific, product-specific or feature-specific terms and conditions.

6. Prize Terms and Fulfilment

6.1 Cashback Vouchers

 

• Cashback Vouchers credit a fixed cashback amount directly into the Participant’s TNG eWallet account upon completion of the qualifying transaction, subject to the applicable minimum spend and transaction type requirements set out in the Prize Pool table above and/or as stated in the voucher details.
• Cashback Vouchers will automatically be saved under the “My Rewards” section in the Participant’s TNG eWallet and will be available for use on the Participant’s next eligible transaction.
• Each transaction is limited to ONE (1) Cashback Voucher per category, applicable to the respective transaction type.
• Cashback Vouchers are subject to a validity period. Participants should refer to the voucher details in “My Rewards” for the expiry date and any applicable conditions. Expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
• Cashback Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
• Each Cashback Voucher is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated in the voucher details.

6.2 Discount Vouchers / Promo Code Vouchers

 

• Discount Vouchers and Promo Code Vouchers entitle the Participant to the stated discount off the total amount of a single qualifying transaction at the participating merchant’s outlets or platforms, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• Discount Vouchers and Promo Code Vouchers will automatically be saved under the “My Rewards” section in the Participant’s TNG eWallet and will be available for use on the Participant’s eligible transaction.
• The Participant must apply or present the Discount Voucher or Promo Code to the Merchant at the point of sale prior to completing payment, where applicable.
• Unless otherwise stated, each Discount Voucher or Promo Code Voucher is valid for ONE (1) single use only and cannot be split across multiple transactions.
• The Participant must meet the minimum spend (if any) in a single transaction and cannot combine multiple transactions to meet the minimum spend.
• Discount Vouchers and Promo Code Vouchers are subject to a validity period. Participants should refer to the voucher details in “My Rewards” for the expiry date and any applicable conditions. Expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
• Discount Vouchers and Promo Code Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
• The Discount Voucher or Promo Code Voucher is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated in the voucher details.
• TNGD makes no warranties regarding the quality of services or products rendered by the participating merchants. The Participant shall resolve any issue directly with the relevant merchants.

6.3 Grand Prize Lucky Draw Entry

• When a Participant receives a Lucky Draw Entry from the Spin, they will be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win the Grand Prize of RM2,888 (“Grand Prize“).
• Lucky Draw Entries will only be awarded from Spins made during the Campaign Period. Spins made outside the Campaign Period will not qualify for Lucky Draw Entries.
• All Lucky Draw Entries will be consolidated at the end of the Campaign Period, and winners will be selected via a computerised randomiser conducted by TNGD.
• The Grand Prize winner will be notified by TNGD within twenty (20) working days from the lucky draw date and must respond with valid proof of identification and contact details within fourteen (14) working days of notification. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and TNGD reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The Grand Prize will be credited to the verified winner’s TNG eWallet account within thirty (30) days from the date of winner verification.

7. General Voucher and Deal Terms

• Vouchers and deals available under the Crazy Flash Deals, Travel & Ride Saver, and Best Picks For You sections are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and while stocks last.
• Vouchers and deals are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash, unless otherwise stated.
• TNGD reserves the right to substitute any voucher or deal with another of similar value at its sole discretion.
• If a transaction associated with a voucher or deal is cancelled, reversed, or refunded, any related benefit may be voided or reversed accordingly.
• All vouchers and deals are subject to their respective terms and conditions. TNGD makes no warranties regarding the quality of goods or services provided by participating merchants or partners. Any disputes or issues shall be resolved directly between the Participant and the relevant merchant or partner.

 

8. General Terms

• This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
• TNGD reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion by giving five (5) days prior notice.
• TNGD shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or failure arising from network issues, merchant systems, or user negligence.
• TNGD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, or goodwill arising from or in connection with this Campaign).
• TNGD is not responsible or held liable for any technical issues, failures, interruptions, or other events of any kind whatsoever that is beyond its control.
• TNGD’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by TNGD will not be entertained.
• TNGD makes no warranties or representations regarding any items, products and/or services under the vouchers and/or deals, including its quality, merchantability and/or fitness for the purpose. Participants agree to resolve any such issues, defects or claims directly with the relevant merchant or partner.
• TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the Campaign, if a user is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

8. Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, each Participant expressly agrees and consents to allow his/her personal data to be collected, processed, disclosed, and used by TNGD in accordance with TNGD’s Privacy Policy.
