Terms & Conditions
1. This voucher is only valid for pre-paid one-way flight tickets where either the departure airport or arrival airport is located within Malaysia.. It may not apply to certain suppliers or products.
2. The coupon is valid for 30 days starting from the date of claim. A minimum spend of RM100 (Malaysian Ringgit) per order is required, with a maximum discount of RM30. The maximum discount amount may vary for different currencies.
3. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotional activities.
4. Only one (1) coupon can be used per order.
5. The coupon is non-exchangeable for cash, G-Coins, or any other form of value.
6. If an order utilizing the coupon is deemed invalid or is successfully cancelled, the coupon will be automatically returned to the user’s account.
7. The coupon is valid exclusively for new users (defined as users making their first flight booking on the HopeGoo platform), and each new user may only use one (1) coupon.
8. Please note: Once you have successfully used any coupon or completed any booking, you will no longer be considered a “New Customer.” Any remaining unused New User coupons in your account will automatically expire and become invalid. Please choose your coupon carefully before applying.
9. Each user is limited to claiming and using the coupon once with a single HopeGoo account. Multiple accounts with identical or highly similar identification (including but not limited to email address, mobile number, payment account, etc.) will be regarded as the same user. In such cases, coupons in additional accounts will be invalidated, and only the main account’s benefits will remain valid.
10. If any unlawful activity, cheating, bot bulk orders, fake transactions, abnormal participation frequency, multi-account operation, identity theft, arbitrage, or other abuse is detected, HopeGoo reserves the right to disqualify the relevant user, revoke used benefits, and pursue legal ac1tion against the parties involved.
11. HopeGoo reserves the right to revoke, cancel, suspend, or amend these coupon terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to instances of system errors, legal requirements, or platform abuse. 12. HopeGoo reserves the right of final interpretation regarding these coupon terms and conditions.
