TNG eWallet Travel New User Voucher

(i) Offer is valid within the promotion period stated in the voucher description, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis until vouchers are fully redeemed.

(ii) Voucher is valid only for payments made using a TNG eWallet account registered in Malaysia, in MYR.

(iii) Voucher is valid for online purchases made through the participating OTA platforms listed in the voucher description (via each platform’s website, mobile site, or app).

(iv) Voucher is available to NEW users only, defined as users making their first-ever checkout using TNG eWallet on all the participating OTA platform.

(v) Cashback amount, minimum spend requirement, and eligible booking categories (e.g. flights, hotels, attractions) are as stated in the voucher description.

(vi) Cashback is applied automatically at checkout when the minimum spend is met; no promo code is required.

(vii) Voucher is valid for one-time use per TNG eWallet user throughout the promotion period, regardless of the number of participating platforms.

(viii) Users must have a valid account on the chosen OTA platform, log in, and complete payment using TNG eWallet for the cashback to apply.

(ix) Cashback will be credited to the user’s TNG eWallet account after a successful transaction, subject to the crediting timeline stated in the voucher description.

(x) If a booking is cancelled or refunded for any reason, the cashback earned may be forfeited, reversed, or deducted from the refund amount, at TNG Digital’s discretion.

(xi) Voucher cannot be combined with other discount vouchers, promotions, or cashback offers unless explicitly stated, and is non-stackable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, products, or credit-in-kind.

(xii) All prices displayed are subject to service charges and prevailing government taxes.

(xiii) Any refund or reschedule will be calculated based on the amount paid after cashback, not the original transaction amount.

(xvi) TNG Digital and the participating OTA platforms reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion, or disqualify any user found abusing the offer (including creating multiple accounts or fraudulent transactions), without prior notice.

(xv) All other terms and conditions of the respective OTA platforms and TNG eWallet apply.
