Organiser & Campaign Period 1.1 This Campaign is organised by TNG Digital Remittance Sdn Bhd (“TNGDR”).
1.2 The Campaign period is from 27 May 2026 until 28 May 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Campaign Overview 2.1 This Campaign is a bonus cashback campaign offered in conjunction with the existing TNG Remittance Referral Program.
2.2 Under this Campaign, eligible users may earn Spin the Wheel chances for successful referrals and stand a chance to win instant cashback rewards.
2.3 This Campaign shall be read together with the standard Remittance Referral Program Terms & Conditions, and all existing referral rules continue to apply unless otherwise stated.
Definitions 3.1 “Referrer” refers to any existing or new TNG eWallet user who shares the TNG Remittance Service via a unique referral QR code or invitation link.
3.2 “Referee” refers to any new remittance user who has not previously completed any remittance transaction.
3.3 “Successful Referral” refers to a referral that fulfils all conditions set out in Clause 4.
Eligibility & Qualification 4.1 A referral shall be deemed successful only when the Referee:
(a) is a new remittance user;
(b) completes all required verification and onboarding requirements imposed by TNGDR; and
(c) completes their first successful remittance transaction within the Campaign Period.
4.2 A Successful Referral shall be determined based on the last referral QR code scanned or invitation link clicked before completion of the Referee’s first successful remittance transaction.
4.3 Only the first fifty (50) Successful Referrals recorded per day during the Campaign Period shall qualify.
Referrer’s Bonus Reward (Spin the Wheel) 5.1 Each eligible Referrer will receive one (1) Spin the Wheel chance for each Successful Referral.
5.2 Each Successful Referral entitles the Referrer to one (1) Spin chance only.
5.3 The Spin the Wheel reward is a bonus incentive and is provided in addition to any base cashback earned under the Remittance Referral Program (if applicable).
Daily Prize Pool 6.1 Each Spin the Wheel attempt gives the Referrer a chance to win instant cashback rewards.
6.2 The daily prize pool consists of:
(a) One (1) winner – RM200 cashback
(b) Three (3) winners – RM150 cashback each
(c) Six (6) winners – RM100 cashback each
(d) Forty (40) winners – RM50 cashback each
6.3 The prize pool is available on a while-stocks-last basis and applies separately for each day of the Campaign Period.
Reward Fulfilment 7.1 Any cashback won via the Spin the Wheel shall be credited to the eligible Referrer’s TNG eWallet account, subject to TNGDR’s verification and processing.
7.2 Each Spin the Wheel chance is:
(a) non-transferable;
(b) non-assignable; and
(c) non-exchangeable.
7.3 Any unused, forfeited, invalid or unsuccessful Spin chance shall lapse automatically without any replacement or compensation.
General Terms 8.1 TNGDR reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any participant and to reject or disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or misconduct.
8.2 TNGDR reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law.
8.3 All decisions by TNGDR relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
