Terms and Conditions

  1. This Lucky Draw is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD).
  2. This Lucky Draw period is from 1 April 2026 until 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  3. This Lucky Draw is only open to selected users who never transact to sooka’s website (“sooka”) with TNG eWallet.

Campaign Mechanism

  1. The selected users who make a minimum spend of RM24 and above in a single transaction on sooka with TNG eWallet, will earn ONE (1) Entry in this Lucky Draw and stand a chance to win a prize. Eligible users will receive the campaign notification via TNG eWallet app.
  2. Each eligible new user may earn a maximum of ONE (1) entry per transaction, and only ONE (1) entry per user is allowed throughout the campaign period.
  3. The Prizes for this Lucky Draw are as listed in the table below:

  1. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes listed above with another prizes of equivalent value due to any reason as determined by TNGD.
  2. All prizes are limited to the quantity stated in the table above during the Campaign Period. The campaign will cease once the limit is reached or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier. All rewards are not for re-sale.

Winners Selection & Prize Fulfilment

  1. Winners will be random draw of participant entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Prizes are as stated and are not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives. The prizes are not transferable.
  3. All the digital items will be credited to user’s TNG eWallet in “My Rewards”. The redemption process of the digital rewards may be differed. User are advised to refer to the specific digital reward for detailed steps on how to redeem the reward.
  4. Requests to extend the validity of expired rewards will not be entertained.
  5. Any user who has been found performing certain action on their account that are of high risk and not in line with TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions or terminates their eWallet account during the Campaign period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to participate in this Campaign.

Prize Fulfilment

  1. All Cashback Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s TNG eWallet App and is available to use for the user’s next eligible transaction.
  2. The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected based on randomisation method.
  3. The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
  4. Validity of the Cashback Vouchers is 30 days from the point of voucher received. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

Other

  1. By participating in this promotion, user agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments or variations thereto as well as any decisions made by TNGD.
  2. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
