Terms & Conditions

  1. Campaign Period
    The SHARP Purrsperity Deals TNG Spin & Win Angpow (“Campaign”) runs from 17 January 2026 to 31 March 2026.
  2. Availability of Spin & Win
    • The Spin & Win mechanic is made available on selected days and for limited time windows only during the Campaign Period, as determined by SHARP.
    • The Spin & Win mechanic will end immediately once all allocated rewards are fully redeemed, notwithstanding the announced time window.
  3. Eligibility & Access
    • Participation is open to users with a valid and active Touch ’n Go (TNG) eWallet account.
    • Access to the Spin & Win page is strictly via the official QR code released by SHARP.
    • Users who do not scan the QR code will not be able to access the Spin & Win page.
    • Each eligible user is limited to one (1) spin per campaign.
    • Use of multiple, duplicate, or suspicious accounts may result in disqualification at SHARP’s discretion.
  4. How to Participate
    • Scan the official QR code announced on SHARP’s official Instagram Stories.
    • Participants will be redirected to the Spin & Win page within the Touch ’n Go eWallet app.
    • Spin the digital wheel to stand a chance to win angpow rewards of varying values.
    • Winning angpow amounts will be credited instantly into the participant’s TNG eWallet upon a successful spin.
  5. QR Code Announcement
    • QR code announcements will be made exclusively via SHARP’s official Instagram Stories.
    • SHARP reserves the right to determine the release timing, duration, and availability of the QR code during the Campaign Period.
  6. Rewards
    • Angpow rewards are issued in the form of Touch ’n Go eWallet credits only.
    • The total prize pool for the Campaign is RM26,888.88.
    • Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
    • Reward values are randomly allocated.
    • All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  7. General
    • Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    • SHARP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or its mechanics at any time without prior notice.
    • SHARP shall not be responsible for any technical issues, system errors, app downtime, or failures that may affect participation or reward crediting.
