Terms & Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Remittance Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGDR”).
  2. The campaign period is held from 15 February 2026 until 31 March 2026, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).
  3. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, users (“Users”) must:
    1. Be a verified TNG eWallet Remittance user holding nationality from India, Myanmar, ‘Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, or the Philippines;
    2. Have never performed a remittance transaction via TNG eWallet Remittance before.
    3. Successfully complete at least one (1) remittance transaction during the Campaign Period.
  4. Eligible Users shall stand a chance to win five grams (5g) of gold (“Prize”) via a lucky draw. The gold brand, form, design, and specifications shall be determined by TNG Digital Remittance at its sole discretion.
  5. Eligible Users who complete more remittance transactions during the Campaign Period will have higher chances of winning, subject to TNGDR’s verification and validation.
  6. A total of seven (7) winners will be selected, with one (1) winner per nationality as listed in Clause 3(a).
  7. In addition to the Prize stated above, users who successfully complete at least one (1) remittance transaction during the Campaign Period and have never performed any International Top-Up transaction via TNG eWallet prior to the Campaign Period shall be entitled to receive one (1) RM5 International Top-Up cashback (“Cashback”). The Cashback:
    1. Shall be credited via a direct cashback mechanism in a manner determined by TNG Digital at its sole discretion;
    2. Shall only be credited upon the User successfully completing a minimum International Top-Up transaction of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) or above;
    3. Is limited to one (1) Cashback per eligible User throughout the Campaign Period;
    4. Is strictly applicable to International Top-Up transactions only;
    5. May be subject to additional terms and conditions, including validity period, as set out in the applicable International Top-Up campaign Terms and Conditions.
  8. Gold prize winners shall be selected after the end of the Campaign Period based on criteria and mechanics determined solely by TNGDR, whose decision shall be final and binding.
  9. Winners will be announced on the official TNG Digital website within thirty (30) days after the Campaign Period ends.
  10. Winners will be contacted within fourteen (14) working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays) after the announcement is made.
  11. If a winner fails to respond after three (3) contact attempts, the Prize shall be forfeited, and TNGDR reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible User.
  12. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other items.
  13. TNGDR will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Campaign.
  14. TNGDR will not be responsible for any disputes arising from Users’ failure to receive notifications due to incorrect contact details or inaccessibility of the User’s account.
  15. This Campaign shall not be valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or campaigns unless otherwise stated by TNGDR.
  16. TNG Digital Remittance shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
