Remittance First-Time Zero Fees Campaign 2026

Terms & Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Remittance Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGDR”).
  2. The Campaign period is from 6 April 2026 until 30 June 2026, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).
  3. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, users (“Users”) must:
    1. Be a verified TNG eWallet Remittance user
    2. Have never performed any remittance transaction via TNG eWallet Remittance prior to the Campaign Period;
    3. Successfully complete their first remittance transaction during the Campaign Period.
  4. Eligible Users will enjoy a 0-transfer fee on their first successful remittance transaction made during the Campaign Period.
  5. The Benefit:
    1. Is applicable only to the first successful remittance transaction initiated by the User during the Campaign Period;
    2. Will be automatically applied at the point of transaction;
    3. Is limited to one (1) entitlement per eligible User throughout the Campaign Period, regardless whether the transaction is subsequently completed, cancelled, refunded, reversed or unsuccessful due to any reason whatsoever
    4. Applies to transfer fees only and does not cover foreign exchange margins or any other applicable charges, if any.

  6. This Campaign shall not be valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or campaigns, unless otherwise stated by TNGDR.

  7. TNGDR reserves the right to:
    1. Disqualify any User found to be abusing, manipulating, or attempting to manipulate the Campaign mechanics, including but not limited to multiple account creation or self-referrals;
    2. Amend, shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time with prior notice.
  8. TNGDR will not be responsible for:
    1. Any failure or delay in the completion of transactions due to system errors, network issues, or third-party service providers;
    2. Any losses or damages arising from participation in this Campaign.
  9. By participating in this Campaign, Users agree to be bound by:
    1. These Terms and Conditions;
