Remittance bKash Campaign 2025

Terms & Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Remittance Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGDR”) and bKash (collectively referred to as the “Organizers”).
  2. The Campaign period is from 10th October 2025 until 31st December 2025, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).
  3. Eligible Bangladeshi TNG eWallet users are entitled to a fee waiver for their first remittance transaction to bKash during the Campaign Period.
  4. To be eligible for the Campaign, Users must:

    a)     Be a Bangladeshi nationality TNG eWallet user;

    b)     Have completed TNG eWallet Remittance Verification; and

    c)     Be a first-time remittance sender to a bKash eWallet via TNG eWallet Remittance.

  5. The Fee Waiver will be provided in the form of a promo code, which can be accessed from the User’s Active Rewards page (if eligible).
  6. Each promo code can be used only once, and each User is entitled to only one (1) promo code throughout the Campaign Period.
  7. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, or exchanging the promo code with any other person.
  8. Promo codes are available exclusively via Active Vouchers, and only eligible Users will be able to view and claim them under the “My Rewards” section.
  9. The Campaign is limited to first 10,000 eligible users only.
  10. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.
  11. TNGD and bKash will not be responsible for any disputes arising from users’ failure to receive or apply the promo code due to their own error, including incorrect account information.
  12. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Campaign.
  13. This Campaign shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  14. The Campaign is not applicable to any form of reload transactions, gift cards, or in-store services.
  15. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
