Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Promotion Period is from 15 August 2026 until 21 October 2026, both dates inclusive.
  3. Eligible users may claim the Promotion voucher at any time during the Promotion Period. However, the voucher may only be used for qualifying transactions during the following redemption periods:
  1. 15 August 2026 – 21 August 2026
  2. 8 September 2026 – 21 September 2026
  3. 8 October 2026 – 21 October 2026

Any unused voucher will expire at the end of the applicable redemption period and cannot be carried forward to subsequent redemption periods. Once a voucher has been claimed, users will not be entitled to claim another voucher under this Promotion.

  1. New to Prepaid Credit users who make a purchase of Prepaid Credit with a minimum payment of RM10 in a single transaction at TNG eWallet ‘MyPrepaid’ function will receive a Cashback of RM1.
  2. The cashback amount will be credited into the user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
  3. Each selected TNG eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM1 Cashback ONE (1) time only throughout the Promotion Period.
  4. The RM1 Cashback is limited to the first 60,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
  5. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  6. This promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  7. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
