Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Campaign Period is from 24 August 2026 until 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  3. This Campaign is open to all verified TNG eWallet users who have made a first transaction of at least RM5 on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“Eligible Users”).
  4. Upon successful completion of a first transaction of at least RM5 on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store during the Campaign Period, Eligible Users shall automatically receive a randomized Postpaid cashback voucher valued at up to RM5, which will be reflected under the “My Rewards” section of the Eligible User’s TNG eWallet. To enjoy the cashback, the Eligible User must make a separate transaction for Postpaid, subject to a minimum spend of RM100 in a single transaction (“Campaign”).
  5. The cashback voucher may be redeemed once (1) per Eligible User throughout the Campaign Period.
  6. Each cashback voucher is valid for 30 days from its date of issuance to the Eligible User. Vouchers not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
  7. The Campaign will end when all cashback vouchers have been fully redeemed or upon the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever occurs first. Once the quota has been reached, no further cashback vouchers will be issued.
  8. Only ONE (1) cashback voucher may be used per transaction. The cashback voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing campaign promotions, discounts, or vouchers offered by TNGD.
  9. Cashback vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
  10. TNGD reserves the right to withhold any Campaign benefits, with or without prior notice, if a user is found to be in breach of TNGD’s General User Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf.
