Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Lotus’s Store (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Partner).
  2. The Promotion Period is from 20 August 2026 until 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
  3. Users who make a minimum spend of RM150.00 in a single transaction at Lotus’s Mobile Apps and pay with TNG eWallet can get RM8.00 Cashback.
  4. Promotion is only valid at Lotus’s Shop Online for online payment and payment at door during delivery.
  5. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.
  6. The RM8.00 cashback will be credited back to the respective TNG eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
  7. Each TNG eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM8.00 cashback ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.
  8. The RM8.00 cashback is limited to first 6,750 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
  9. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  10. Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  11. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
