TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. Football Fiesta Check-In Campaign 2026 (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”).
  2. The Campaign runs from 8 July 2026 to 21 July 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
  3. The Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users with a valid active account (“Users”).
  4. The Campaign can access via homepage tile and in-app banners, push notification or inbox.

CAMPAIGNS MECHANICSM

  1. Collecting Daily Cashback Reward / Exclusive Wallpaper Designs
    1. Daily claim: Users must tap the claim button in the Campaign page within the TNG eWallet App during the Campaign Period. The Cashback Reward / Exclusive Wallpaper Designs (“Reward”) will be credited automatically into user’s wallet.
    2. Cashback reward: The Reward is in the form of free credit of up to RM0.50, with the amount randomly assigned for each claim. The actual amount awarded is determined through an algorithmic randomisation process.
    3. Exclusive Wallpaper designs: Collect ten (10) randomised wallpaper designs to earn a Lucky Draw entry to win the Grand Prizes.
    4. Each Eligible User is entitled to claim the Reward / Wallpaper Designs once a day only.
  2. Tracking Your Progress
    1. Users may view their collected designs and track their progress via the Campaign page within the TNG eWallet App.
    2. The collection will automatically update in real-time and reflected on the progress bar (which can be found in the Campaign page).
  3. How to Win the Grand Prizes?
    1. Once Users collect all ten (10) wallpaper designs, they become eligible to win the Grand Prizes.
    2. The Grand Prizes lucky winners are determined through an algorithmic randomisation process.
    3. Grand Prizes available under this Campaign include one (1) of the following:
      • MacBook Neo (x2 winners)
    4. Following the end of the Campaign Period, eligible winners will receive a push notification requesting confirmation or submission of their delivery details.
    5. The Grand Prizes will be delivered after the Campaign Period ends on 21 July 2026, subject to the provision of accurate and complete delivery details by the user. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
      • West Malaysia: five (5) to seven (7) working days
      • East Malaysia: seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
    6. TNG Digital is not liable for any delay, failure, or loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the user. In such circumstances, the reward may be revoked and will not be replaced or reissued.
    7. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless stated otherwise.
    8. Claimed rewards may be subject to a validity period. Users can refer to the reward details available in “My Rewards” for the expiry date and any applicable usage conditions. Expired rewards will not be reissued or extended.
  4. TNG Digital will not in any way contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Campaign.
  5. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
