1. The promotion period is from 1 August 2026 until 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive.
2. Eligible users who are either:
- New users to foodpanda platform, or
- Existing users who have not placed any order on foodpanda platform for the past 12 months.
3. Eligible user would be entitled to 60% off for the first foodpanda order with minimum amount of RM12. Maximum discount is capped at RM15.
4. This promotion is exclusively for foodpanda new users that transact with TNG eWallet and/or pandacredit.
5. Applicable on foodpanda app and website (www.foodpanda.my) only.
6. No combined transactions and/or split transactions are allowed.
7. A maximum of seven hundred and fifty (750) Vouchers are available for redemption per Campaign day on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Each eligible user is entitled to redeem one (1) Voucher only during the Campaign Period.
9. This Campaign shall cease once all available Vouchers have been fully redeemed or upon the expiry of the Campaign Period on 31 October 2026, whichever is earlier.
10. This Campaign shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
11. This Campaign is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards, and in-store services.
12. TNGD and the Partner's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final. If there are any discrepancies between these Campaign terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Campaign terms shall prevail.
13. Neither TNGD nor the Partner shall be responsible for any failure or delay in transactions which may result in you being omitted from enjoying the Voucher.
14. TNGD and the Partner reserve the right to change or modify these Campaign terms at any time.
15. TNGD and the Partner reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice or liability to any users.
