Eastel – Entertainment Plan Cashback Voucher

Terms and Conditions

1. This Cashback Voucher is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
2. This Cashback Voucher is open to all users who are subscribed to any of the Eastel – Entertainment Plans listed in Clause 3 below (“Eligible Users”).
3. The Eastel – Entertainment Plans and their corresponding monthly cashback entitlements are as follows:

4. Upon each successful subscription to or renewal of an Eastel – Entertainment Plan, the Eligible User will receive ONE (1) Games & Streaming Services Cashback Voucher in their TNG eWallet account. The cashback amount will correspond to the subscribed or renewed plan, as set out in Clause 3 above. To redeem it, the Eligible User must make a full payment using TNG eWallet at any ONE (1) participating merchant listed in Clause 5 below. Upon successful completion of the qualifying transaction, the corresponding cashback amount will be credited automatically to the Eligible User’s TNG eWallet account.

6. Each Games & Streaming Services Cashback Voucher is valid for either 15 days or 30 days from the date of issuance to the Eligible User, depending on the subscription plan. Cashback vouchers not used within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated, extended or carried forward to the following month.
7. The Games & Streaming Services Cashback Vouchers are issued only upon successful subscription or renewal of an Eastel – Entertainment Plan. If a subscription lapses, expires, or is terminated, no voucher will be issued until the next successful subscription or renewal.
8. The Games & Streaming Services Cashback Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, campaigns, or vouchers offered by TNGD.
9. TNGD reserves the right to suspend, extend, modify, amend, vary, or terminate this Cashback Voucher, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes the right to amend, vary, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions, including the list of participating merchants set out in Clause 5.
10. TNGD reserves the right to withhold any Cashback Voucher benefits, with or without prior notice, if a user is found to be in breach of TNGD’s General User Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf.
