DuitNow Reload and Ride Campaign

Terms & Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. TNGD and/or PayNet reserve the right to amend, add or remove any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  3. The Campaign Period is from 1 March 2026 until 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive.

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users (excluding employees of Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd and TNGD) (“Participants”) who meet all the following criteria:
    1. Participants must be eligible users of the BUDI95 platform; and
    2. From 1 October 2025 onwards, Participants must have:
      • Reloaded their TNG eWallet exclusively using Credit Card and/or Debit Card issued by Malaysian banks; and
      • Never used DuitNow Transfer to reload their TNG eWallet prior to the Campaign Period.

Campaign Mechanics

Cashback Voucher Mechanics

  1. For Participants who reload their TNG eWallet via DuitNow Transfer (including DuitNow ID, DuitNow Account Number, and DuitNow P2P QR) with a minimum reload amount of RM30 in a single successful transaction during the Campaign Period shall be eligible to receive:
    • One (1) RM3 Cashback Voucher per month
  2. Each Participant is only eligible to receive one (1) cashback voucher per month throughout the Campaign Period.
  3. Cashback vouchers must be redeemed by making a fuel purchase via TNG eWallet on the BUDI95 platform, with a minimum spend of RM3, at participating fuel stations.
  4. Cashback vouchers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the following monthly:

  5. Eligibility is determined based on the date and time of the reload transaction as captured by TNGD’s records.
  6. The Cashback Voucher will be automatically saved in the “My Rewards” section of the eligible User’s TNG eWallet app.
  7. The voucher will be automatically applied to the User’s next eligible transaction using fuel purchase via TNG eWallet on the BUDI95 platform.
  8. Cashback will be credited to the User’s TNG eWallet immediately after a successful redemption at participating fuel stations via the BUDI95 platform.
  9. This Cashback Voucher does not allow combined transactions and/or no split transactions.
  10. Cashback Vouchers are valid for fourteen (14) days from receipt. Any unused vouchers will expire after this period.
  11. If a User meets the requirements for multiple vouchers in a single transaction, TNGD has the right to determine which voucher to apply.

  13. Participants will not be notified once the cashback voucher allocation has been fully utilized.
    Lucky Draw Mechanics
  14. To be eligible for Lucky Draw entries, Participants must:
    • Reload their TNG eWallet via DuitNow Transfer with a minimum amount of RM30 in a single successful transaction during the Campaign Period; and
    • Make a fuel purchase via the BUDI95 platform using TNG eWallet with a minimum spend of RM3 at participating fuel stations.
  15. Participants will earn one (1) Lucky Draw entry for each successful fuel purchase made through the BUDI95 platform during the Campaign Period.
  16. There is no maximum limit on the number of Lucky Draw entries a Participant may earn.
  17. Lucky Draw Prizes:

  18. Lucky Draw Prize winners will be selected randomly through a lucky draw subject to Clause 25. Participants are allowed to collect multiple entries to win the Lucky Draw Prize throughout the Campaign Period to increase their chances of winning.
  19. For avoidance of doubt, ONE (1) winner shall be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only among all the prizes available in the Campaign.
  20. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on 15 September 2026.
  21. Monthly Prize winners will be announced as follows:

  22. The fulfilment period for the Campaign Prizes is within three (3) months upon successfully contacting all the winners and is subject to stock availability. All prizes may be fulfilled at a combined prize presentation ceremony to be held after the Campaign Period, at a date to be determined by TNGD. TNGD and/or PayNet reserve all rights at any time, at their absolute discretion without any prior notice to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price.
  23. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
  24. Campaign winners are required to answer ONE (1) question for verification purposes when contacted by TNGD. Upon answering the question correctly, the prizes will be fulfilled.
  25. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.
  26. Campaign winners will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details to TNGD via email for the prize delivery/collection arrangement.
  27. By participating in this Campaign, all Participants consent to:
    • TNGD collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
    • TNGD disclosing or publishing their personal information such as their names, last 4 digits of IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials.
    • Grant TNGD and/or PayNet the right to modify, use, and publish any still or moving images of the Participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
  28. TNGD and/or PayNet will not entertain any request from winners to transfer their prize to any third party other than the eligible winner.
  29. TNGD and/or PayNet make no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes.
  30. TNGD and/or PayNet’s decision regarding the selection of Winners, and/or in any situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all Participants in the Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding the decision on the same.
  31. If, during the Campaign Period, any TNG eWallet account participating in the Campaign is contested due to alleged fraudulence, or if the participating DuitNow Reload & Ride is deemed delinquent, invalid, or cancelled as per Campaign criteria, such accounts will be ineligible to participate in or receive a reward from this Campaign.
  32. Any User who terminates their TNG eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to participate in this Campaign.
