This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) and Gadget Flow Sdn. Bhd. (“Partner”).
The Promotion Period is from 15th October 2025 until 31st December 2025, both dates inclusive.
All users who have completed the device trade-in orders with a minimum total buyback value of RM500.00 successfully through the Device2Cash Mini Program on TNG eWallet will be entitled to join the lucky draw contest.
Winners of the Campaign will be selected randomly by the Partner. User are allowed to complete multiple orders until 31st December 2025 to increase the chances of winning.
For avoidance of doubt, ONE (1) winner will be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only among all the prizes available the Campaign:
One (1) grand prize, i.e. an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Cosmic Orange;
One (1) second prize, i.e. an Apple Watch Series 11;
One (1) third prize, i.e. an AirPods Pro 3; and
Ten (10) consolation prizes, i.e. RM10 TNG eWallet credit.
Winners of the Campaign will be selected and announced by the Partner through livestream hosted on Device2Cash’s TikTok account (@device2cash) within SEVEN (7) working days from the end of the Contest Period.
All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
Campaign winners are required to answer ONE (1) question for verification purpose when contacted by the Partner. Upon answering the question correctly, the prizes will be fulfilled.
Campaign winners will be required to provide proof of identification to the Partner via WhatsApp for the prize collection arrangement.
The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.
