CTOS Social Media Campaign (October 2025)

Terms & Conditions

1.       This CTOS Social Media Campaign October 2025 (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) and CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (“CTOS”).

2.       The Campaign period shall commence from 7 October 2025 to 20 October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). CTOS and/or TNGD reserves the right to terminate the Campaign by giving five (5) business days prior notice, which shall be published on CTOS and TNGD website or application.

3.       This Campaign is open to all individuals who are registered users of the TNG eWallet (“Users”, “you”, or “your”).

4.       In order to be eligible for this Campaign and to stand a chance to win the Prize (as defined in Item 5 (ii) below), Users must follow TNGD’s official Instagram account (@touchngoewallet) and comment on the Campaign post featuring credit health-related red flags. The comment must consist of the following:

                                 i.            Answer to the question “Which of these is a credit red flag?”; and

                               ii.            Tag TWO (2) friends.

5.       Winner Selection and Announcement:

                                 i.            Only ONE (1) winner will be randomly selected from list of eligible Users who have fulfilled requirements (as set out in Item 4 above) by the end of the Campaign Period (“Winner”).

                               ii.            Only ONE (1) unit of iPhone 16 Plus 128GB will be given away during the Campaign Period for this Campaign (“Prize”).

                             iii.            Once the Winner has been selected in the manner as set out in Item 5(i) above, TNGD will notify the Winner via direct message on Instagram through its TNGD’s official Instagram account (@touchngoewallet). The Winner must respond to the direct message within THREE (3) business days from the date of the message and provide the required information, including the Winner’s email address that was used to register the Winner’s TNG eWallet account. Failure to respond within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Winner’s eligibility.

                             iv.            Upon response, TNGD will follow up via email. To claim the Prize, the Winner must correctly answer one (1) question and comply with all the instructions stated in the email. Failure to do so within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

                               v.            The Winner must submit valid proof of identification and contact details via email to TNGD to facilitate the delivery or collection of the Prize.

                             vi.            The fulfilment period for the Prize is within three (3) months from the date the Winner provides all required proof of identified and contact details to TNGD.

                            vii.            The fulfilment of the Prize shall be carried out by CTOS. CTOS may directly contact the Winner to arrange for such delivery or collection.

                          viii.            This Campaign shall be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

6.       Entries that violate any of the rules set forth in this terms and conditions, infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights, or contain content that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise degrading, will be immediately disqualified at the sole discretion of CTOS and/or TNGD. CTOS and/or TNGD reserves the right to remove and disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in breach of these terms.

7.       The Prize is non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No request for replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.

8.       The selection of the Winner shall be final and binding, and no queries, challenges or appeals with regards to the selection of Winner will be entertained.

9.       TNGD will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from the Winner’s failure to receive the necessary email or Prize from TNGD or CTOS which may have been due to the fault or negligence of the Winner, including but not limited to providing TNGD or CTOS with incorrect personal details.

10.   By participating in this Campaign, all Users: –

                                 i.            Consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose your personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign;

                               ii.            Consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as your names, last 4 digits of the IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

                             iii.            Grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.

11.   TNGD and CTOS employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

12.   Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this Campaign.

13.   TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
