Crossborder QR Free CHAGEE Campaign

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Crossborder QR Free CHAGEE Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
  2. This Campaign is scheduled to run from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
  3. Participation in this Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users who make overseas transactions in China via Crossborder DuitNow QR during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”).

Campaign Mechanics

The Campaign mechanics are as follows:

  1. All users who scan & pay in China via Alipay+ payment rail with a minimum of RM200 will receive a free 100% Cashback CHAGEE voucher, capped at RM15.
  2. “Cashback Voucher” refers to a voucher that will be credited to the user’s TNG eWallet account upon qualifying for the Campaign and can be used for the user’s next transaction. The voucher will not be applied immediately at the point of the qualifying transaction.
  3. Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  4. A maximum of one (1) voucher is allowed per user throughout the Campaign Period.
  5. The Cashback Voucher is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance. If the voucher is not used within the validity period, it will expire and will not be replaced. Limited redemptions available on a first-come, first-served basis.

General

TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign at any time by providing prior notice on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my and/or TNG eWallet app.

Permissions

By participating in this Campaign, all participants:

  • consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and
  • consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
  • grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

Others

TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
