Terms and Conditions
- The CashLoan Year End Campaign: Loan & Win (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) in collaboration with its partner banks, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“ABMB”) and CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) (collectively referred to as the “Partner Banks”).
- The Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet Users (“Users”) excluding TNGD, ABMB and CIMB staff.
- The campaign period shall commence from 1 November 2025 to 15 December 2025 inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).
- During the Campaign Period, user(s) who successfully apply a loan and meet the campaign criteria below (“Eligible User(s)”) shall earn the entries (refer Clause 5) in the Campaign to stand a chance to win a prize (“Campaign Prize(s)”):
a) The Eligible User(s) shall be required to apply a Personal Loan via CashLoan on TNG eWallet during the Campaign Period;
b) The Eligible User(s)’s minimum approved loan amount shall be Ringgit Malaysia Five Thousand (RM5,000.00);
c) The Eligible User(s)’s minimum loan tenure for the loan application must be of twenty-four (24) months;
d) The Eligible User(s)’ loan application must be approved by the partner bank, accepted by the Eligible User(s), and disbursed during the Campaign Period; and
e) The Eligible User(s) shall ensure that their TNG eWallet accounts is not dormant, or cancelled, or terminated for any reason, or suspected of any breach or in breach of the terms and conditions herein by the Eligible User(s) throughout the Campaign Period.
- Campaign Entry Mechanics
For Eligible User(s) who successfully submit, get an approved loan, accepted the offer and disbursed during the campaign, entries will be based on the criteria stipulated as below based on final acceptance loan amount:

- Campaign Prizes Category
a) Eligible Users who are selected to receive Campaign Prize(s) shall be referred to as “Winner(s)”. A total of forty-two (42) Winners will be chosen throughout the entire Campaign, of which, twenty-one (21) Winners selected from each respective Partner Bank.
b) There are two (2) types of Campaign Prizes to be given away:
i. Grand Prize – All in Travel Voucher to Maldives
(2 Winners in total, one (1) from each Partner Bank)
ii. Bi-weekly Prize – RM1,000 TNG eWallet Reload Pin
(40 Winners in total, 10 from each Partner Bank per round)
c) The Campaign Period consisting of two (2) bi-weekly rounds and one (1) Grand Prize selection, as stipulated in the prize table below:

Note: TNGD reserves the right to revise, vary, and/or amend the unit price of any or all the Campaign
prizes without prior notice to the winner(s).
- Winner Selection
a) Each Eligible User is entitled to receive only ONE (1) Campaign Prize throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of whether the user applies for or is approved for a loan from one or both Partner Banks.
b) Bi-Weekly Prizes: Total forty (40) Winners will be randomly selected bi-weekly based on the Campaign Week(s) and Campaign Prize(s) as stipulated in the prize table. Each Eligible User may win only one (1) bi-weekly prize throughout the Campaign.
c) Grand Prize: Two (2) Grand Prize Winner, one from each Partner Bank, will be randomly selected at the end of the entire Campaign Period from the pool of all Eligible User(s) Entries accumulated during the Campaign, excluding any Eligible Users who have already won a Bi-Weekly prizes.
d) Winner of the Campaign Prize(s) will be selected within Fourteen (14) working days from the end of the respective Campaign week (for Bi-Weekly Prizes) or the end of the Campaign Period (for Grand Prize).
