LiveWell, PlanWell Campaign
- General
This LiveWell, Plan Well Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. and AIA General Berhad (Collectively “AIA”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By joining this Campaign, you (“you”, “your” or “customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, including any change or modification that we may make to this Campaign and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign with prior notice to you. By joining this Campaign, you further agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time. The Privacy Policy is available at https://www.aia.com.my/en/index/privacystatement.html.
- Campaign Period
The Campaign shall run from 14 May 2026 to 31 January 2027, both dates inclusive. The Campaign will automatically cease once all the Rewards are fully redeemed or at the end of the Campaign Period, whichever earlier.
- Eligible Products
This Campaign applies to products distributed by AIA Life Planner under any of the following categories (“Eligible Products”):
- Life Protection
- Medical Protection
- Critical Illness Protection
- Savings & Investment
- Accident Protection
underwritten by AIA Bhd., AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. or AIA General Berhad respectively.
Policies/Certificates purchased under the Campaign shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Policies / Certificates”.
All Eligible Policies/Certificates must be activated by 28 February 2027.
All premium/contribution payment modes (annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly) are eligible.
4. Eligible Customers
- Customers who are Malaysian citizens, permanent residents of Malaysia, work permit holders, pass holders or individuals legally employed and legally residing in Malaysia OR AIA staff purchase; and
- Customers who have participated in the Campaign during the Campaign Period and have successfully completed one or more phases of the Campaign journey in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the requirements prescribed for each phase; and
- Customers who has completed for a particular phase by fulfilling all actions, milestones, or criteria applicable to that phase, as determined and verified by Note: Eligibility is assessed on a phase by phase basis, and a customer may be an Eligible Customer for one or more phases without necessarily completing all phases of the Campaign.
5. Campaign Mechanics
- The Campaign will operate during the Campaign Period as determined and communicated by AIA. During the Campaign Period, participating customers will progress through a series of predefined phases forming the overall Campaign journey.
- Customers will receive a notification during each phase of the Campaign from selected AIA or TNGD channels in the following manner:-
| Phase 1: Program sign-up | · Program sign-up constitutes a registration in the Campaign through TNG channels |
| Phase 2: Quizzes | · Quizzes content will be sent through AIA channels |
| Phase 3: Case Submission | · Policy/Certificate submission for any of the Eligible Products through an AIA Life Planner during Campaign Period |
| Phase 4: Conversion | · Policy/Certificate activation/in-force for any of the Eligible Products with policy activation by 28 February 2027. |
c. Each phase represents a distinct stage of participation and may involve specific actions, milestones, or eligibility criteria that must be completed within the Campaign Period. Customers will proceed through the phases sequentially or as otherwise specified by AIA, and progression to each phase is subject to successful completion of the requirements of the preceding phase, where applicable.
d. Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee that a customer will complete all phases. Customers may enter, progress through, or exit the Campaign at different phases depending on individual participation, eligibility, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
e. All phases, Rewards, and participation opportunities are valid only during the Campaign Period, unless expressly stated otherwise. Activities or completions outside the Campaign Period will not be recognized for the purposes of phase progression or reward eligibility. Customer is entitled to claim the applicable Reward only once, regardless of the number of times the customer participates in or completes any phase.
f. AIA Channels refers to AIA communication channel in the form of email (sender email address: aiaonline-connect@aia.com or WhatsApp from AIA Malaysia (016-4267291). TNGD channel refers to any Touch ‘n Go Digital communication channel.
g. Customers adhere to the Campaign Eligibility and Campaign Mechanics.
h. For Phase 4, the Eligible Policy/Certificate will be disqualified from this Campaign if during the Campaign Period and/or before the fulfilment of the Reward, any of the Terms and Conditions set out in this document is not met, or if any of the event listed below occurs:
- Lapse, surrender, termination, cancellation of the Eligible Policy/Certificate;
- Partial withdrawal;
- Premium/Contribution holiday;
- Premium/Contribution not fully paid up to date;
- Lapsed but reinstated; or
- Deferment of premium/contribution payment
i. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information, at all times. AIA may request for further information from you to determine the authenticity of any information provided, including whether it is fraudulent or exaggerated.
j. AIA reserves the right to substitute any Rewards with an item of a similar value, depending on availability of each Reward at any time without prior notice.
k. AIA shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, theft, or modification of the Reward once it has been provided to Eligible Customers. AIA shall be released and fully discharged from any liability and/or demand in all matters in relation to this Campaign and/or the Rewards.
l. AIA is not the sole distributor of the Rewards and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality or merchantability of the Rewards and shall not be responsible for any defect or any other loss or damage that may be suffered in connection with the Reward. Any dispute over the Reward provided by the distributor of the Reward should be resolved directly between Eligible Customers and the distributor of the Reward.
6. Phase based rewards issuance

- Each customer participating in the Campaign will progress through one or more distinct phases of the Campaign journey. Upon successful completion of each phase and subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Eligible Customer will be awarded the reward (“Rewards”) applicable to that specific phase.
- Rewards are issued on a per-phase basis and are granted independently upon completion of the relevant phase. Customers are not required to complete all phases of the Ccampaign in order to receive a Reward for any individual phase completed.
- Completion of a phase entitles the customer only to the reward associated with that phase. The issuance of a reward for one phase does not guarantee progression to subsequent phases or entitlement to rewards from future phases.
- The Rewards will be issued to Eligible Customers on a per-phase basis in the following manner:

Note:
- Eligible Customers will receive the Touch ‘n Go Reload Voucher PIN code via WhatsApp (Sender: AIA Malaysia 014-4267291) after completing the “Spin the Wheel” gamification activity. A separate notification will be sent to Eligible Customers to confirm their fulfilment details for the remaining Rewards via email and WhatsApp (from aiaonline-connect@aia.com or AIA Malaysia at 016‑426 7291).
- The participation link for the “Spin the Wheel” activity will remain valid until 15 Mar 2027. If the Eligible Customers does not participate in or complete the activity by 15 Mar 2027, no claims will be entertained.
- The Rewards will be given out to Eligible Customers who qualify on a first come first served basis.
7. Important Notes and Disclaimers
- This material is not intended as an offer or solicitation for the purpose of sale of any financial instrument/product. You should satisfy yourself that the policy/certificate purchased will best serve your needs and that the premium payable under the policy/certificate is an amount that you can afford. To achieve this, we recommend that you speak to your AIA Life Planner who will perform a needs analysis and assist you in making an informed decision. You may contact AIA directly for more information.
- You are advised to refer to the Product Disclosure Sheet, Sales/Product Illustration, Fund Fact Sheet(s); if applicable, for further information before purchasing a policy/certificate, and to refer to the terms and conditions in the policy/certificate document for details of the features and benefits, waiting periods and exclusions of the product you intend to purchase.
- Unless stated otherwise, words denoting one gender include all other genders and words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa.
8. General Provisions
- AIA may decline any Reward entitlement in the event any of these Terms and Conditions are not fulfilled. No appeal(s) will be entertained.
- AIA shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, and/or to suspend, terminate, delay or vary this Campaign features with prior notice to you. The mode of notification (if any) shall be at AIA’s discretion, including but not limited to displaying the same in any of AIA’s website or AIA official social media accounts.
- AIA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or liabilities incurred by customer or any third parties arising from participation in this Campaign, including but not limited to losses caused by technical errors, incomplete or fraudulent information or failure to comply with these Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- The Rewards are non-transferable. Any request for the Reward to be delivered to a third party will not be entertained.
- The terms and conditions of the Campaign are subject to change and the decision of AIA Malaysia on any matter concerning these terms and conditions are final.
