Easybook Ties Up With Touch ‘N Go Ewallet To Offer More Convenient Ticket Booking
Touch ‘n Go eWallet has partnered with online public transportation booking platform Easybook in their latest cashless quest. Easybook offers ticketing service for a number of mobility options which include buses, trains, ferry, car rental and even flight booking. With the e-wallet, users can now purchase their tickets conveniently by using the “scan” feature in their Touch ‘n Go eWallet app to complete the transactions.
To commemorate this partnership, Touch ‘n Go eWallet and Easybook are now offering the e-wallet users a special RM4 discount for selected bus routes. They include journeys to/from Melaka, Penang and Johor booked from now till December 15, 2019, and journeys within Sabah and Sarawak from November 15 onwards till December 31, 2019. Not only that, you can also make advance bookings for next year within the campaign period and still enjoy the RM4 discount. Users will be able to pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet via the Easybook website or app.
This is certainly not the first time that Touch ‘n Go eWallet has introduced their cashless initiative in the transportation industry. Last year, the #JOMTEKSI campaign was launched to bring cashless transactions to traditional taxi drivers and it follows joins Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s partnerships with e-hailing service providers EzCab and MULA.
