Terms and Conditions
1. The Wiser Travels In China With Visa Travel Card Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is governed by the following terms and conditions.
2. This Campaign is scheduled to run from 10 April 2026 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Campaign Eligibility
3. Participation in this Campaign is open to all active TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders that meet the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”):
a. Applicable to users who have registered their TNG eWallet with a valid registration mobile number and successfully activated their TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card during the Campaign Period.
b. Successfully perform a transaction in China using your TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card that is bound/linked to Alipay or WeChatpay; OR
c. Successfully perform a transaction using your TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card on the following international online platforms only, including Pinduoduo, XHS, and 1688. Transactions on any other platforms shall not be considered eligible.
d. Ensure that the transaction is successfully processed and not voided or reversed.
e. Ensure that the transactions must not fall under the following excluded merchant category codes:

Specific Campaign Details
4. All TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders who have adhered to the Campaign Requirements (“Eligible Users”) will be eligible to receive a cashback based on their eligible spending for transactions made in China using the TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card, including (i) transactions conducted on the following e-commerce platforms only, namely Pinduoduo, XHS and 1688; and (ii) transactions made using the TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card that is bound/linked to Alipay or WeChat Pay, as further detailed in the cashback mechanics below:

5. The cashback amount will be credited to the Eligible Users respective TNG eWallet account instantly after each successful transaction.
6. This Campaign shall cease upon the earlier of (i) cashback being credited for the first 500,000 eligible transactions in total, or (ii) the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever occurs first.
7. In the event of transaction reversals or refunds after the cashback has been awarded, TNGD reserves the right to deduct the corresponding cashback amount from your TNG eWallet account balance. TNGD will manually debit your TNG eWallet account balance for the cashback amount received from transactions that were subsequently reversed or refunded, as these do not constitute eligible spending under these terms and conditions.
8. TNGD reserves the right to exclude any user during the Campaign Period.
9. TNGD reserves the right to modify, terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing prior notice to TNG eWallet Visa cardholders on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet application.
10. Cashback awarded under this Campaign shall be in addition to the up to RM35 Activation Campaign offered on the TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card during the campaign period.
11. All decisions made in connection with this Campaign, including determination of eligibility, cashback entitlement, and campaign outcomes, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
12. Cashback credited under this Campaign is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.

13. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
