Terma & Syarat

  1. The campaign period is valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025.
  2. This campaign is applicable to those who have successfully completed a purchase transaction via the Movie Tickets in-app program in TNG eWallet.
  3. The campaign will cease once the Prizes have been fully redeemed or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
  4. Customers will receive 1 (one) Spin chance upon completing a purchase transaction via the Movie Ticket in-app program in TNG eWallet during the campaign period
  5. Each Spin will consist of 1 (one) Prize to be given on a random basis. There is no limit to the number of Spin(s) collected during the campaign period.
  6. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash, in part or full.
  7. Vouchers for the Prizes are valid until 15 January 2026 except for the Prize of TNG Reload Pin, which must be reloaded by 31 December 2025 at the latest. The Vouchers shall not be used, extended, or replaced after the expiry date for the respective Vouchers.

How to Use the Prizes:
1.    Prizes are accessible under the winner’s Movie Tickets My Profile, in a form of Codes for utilization on the next purchase. 

2.    Prizes must be redeemed under the winner’s Movie Tickets (WeTix) account.

3.    The prize in the form of Free Voucher / Freebie specifically named Mystery Merchandise will be delivered by WeTix to the address provided by the winner.

4.    If payment is required to utilize the Prizes, users are required to make full payment with TNG eWallet as the sole payment method to be eligible to receive the Prizes Value.
