Visa Singapore Welcome Reload Campaign

Terma & Syarat

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TNGD reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  3. The Campaign Period is from 8 March 2026 until 7 July 2026, both dates inclusive.

Campaign Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users who reload their TNG eWallet using a Visa Credit Card or Debit Card issued in Singapore for the first time.
  2. Cards issued in Malaysia and other countries are expressly excluded from this Campaign.
  3. Eligibility is limited to reloads made via the manual reload, auto-reload, or quick payment functions within the TNG eWallet app.

How to Get Cashback

  1. Reload your TNG eWallet with a minimum of RM400 in a single transaction using Visa Credit Card or Debit Card during the Campaign Period.
  2. Upon a successful eligible reload, you will receive a RM20 cashback.
  3. Each user is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) cashback throughout the entire Campaign Period.

Cashback Allocation

Cashback is limited to the first 625 eligible users per week on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the following monthly allocation:

Weekly cycle follows 1–7, 8–14, 15–21, 22–30/31.

How You’ll Receive the Cashback

  1. Your eligibility for the cashback shall be determined based on the date and time the reload transaction is recorded in TNGD’s system.
  2. In the event of a tie in transaction time of the last Cashback in a particular Campaign Month, the TNG eWallet account with the higher Reload amount will get the Cash Back. However, In the event of a tie of reload amount, the TNG eWallet account with the highest number of reload transactions will get the Cash Back.
  3. Cashback Fulfillment Schedule:

22 – 30/31 4 Next working day after month-end

Cashback will be credited to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet within 5 working days (T+5) from the date of the successful reload transaction.

Important Notes

  1. No notification will be sent after the weekly or monthly cashback allocation has been fully claimed.
  2. TNGD reserves the right to disqualify any user or withhold/cancel any cashback if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the user’s account becomes inactive, invalid, or is terminated during the Campaign.
  3. All decisions made by TNGD regarding any aspect of this Campaign, including but not limited to eligibility and voucher issuance, are final and binding.
  4. Visa and TNGD will not entertain any request from any participating Visa cardholder or any other person to fulfil the cashback to any third party other than the TNG eWallet account of the participating user.
  5. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to TNGD collecting, processing, and using your personal data in accordance with our privacy notice for purposes related to this Campaign.
