TNGD x Pesta Gelang Patah 3.0

1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) and Office of the Member of Parliament Iskandar Puteri.

2. This campaign is held exclusively on 28th February 2026 from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM only.

 

Campaign Mechanics

1. Eligibility:
Open to all valid TNG eWallet users.
• Each user is entitled to claim only one (1) Reward Pack (consisting of 1x F&B Voucher and 1x Arts & Collectors Voucher) throughout the campaign period.

2. Redemption Mechanism:
• Users must scan the official Reward QR Codes located at the event entrance, exits, or via official Pesta Gelang Patah 3.0 social media posts.
• Vouchers will be automatically credited into the ‘My Rewards’ section under GOrewards in the TNG eWallet app.

3. Voucher Details:
• F&B Voucher: RM5 Cashback with a minimum spend of RM5 at participating food and beverage stalls.
• Arts & Collectors Voucher: RM10 Cashback with a minimum spend of RM10 at participating art, craft, and collector booths.
• Vouchers are only valid for transactions made with registered merchants at the Pesta Gelang Patah 3.0 event grounds via TNG eWallet.

4. Voucher Usage:
• Each voucher is limited to one (1) redemption per user.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The cashback will be credited instantly into the user’s TNG eWallet account upon a successful qualifying transaction.

5. Redemption Limit:
• Voucher redemption is based on a “first-come, first-served” basis and is subject to the total campaign quota availability.

6. Right of Organizer:
• TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or identified fraudulent activity.

Permissions and Other Terms

1. Data Privacy & Consent: By participating in this Campaign, all users:

• Consent to TNGD collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for Campaign-related purposes.
• Consent to TNGD publishing their personal information including names and the last 4 digits of IC numbers in any media, marketing, or advertising materials.
• Grant TNGD the right to modify, use, and publish any still or moving images of the participants for promotional purposes without compensation.

2. Right to Withhold
• TNGD reserves the right to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice, to users found in breach of TNGD’s User Terms and Conditions.
