TNGD Business Account RM20 Reward & RM1 Soundbox

Terma & Syarat

  1. ​The TNGD Business Account RM20 Reward & RM1 Soundbox Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Campaign is scheduled to run from 17 November 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  3. This Campaign is only open to TNG eWallet merchants that are NEW Business Account holders who successfully register for a Business Account during the Campaign Period (“New Business Account Holders”).
  4. This Campaign allows New Business Account Holders to receive a Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00) sign-up reward (“Sign-Up Reward”) upon successfully registering a Business Account and fulfilling the Campaign Requirements as stipulated below.
  5. Upon successful registration of a Business Account, eligible New Account Holders will have the option to purchase a Set Soundbox (without SIM card) (“Peti Bunyi”) at Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00), subject to achieving the required transaction volume as stipulated below. For clarity, the RM1.00 purchase price is conditional upon the New Business Account Holder meeting the Transaction Requirement within the stipulated period. In the event the Transaction Requirement is not met, TNGD shall have the right to debit or deduct the applicable administrative fee of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Ten (RM110.00) from the Business Account.

    Campaign Requirements

  6. Participation in this Campaign is open to New Business Account Holders that meet the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”):
    1. Successfully open a new Business Account during the Campaign Period;
    2. Reload a minimum amount of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500.00) only (“Reload Amount”) into your Business Account within five (5) days from the date of registration;
    3. Maintain the Reload Amount in the Business Account for fourteen (14) days consecutively from the date the reload is made.
  7. The New Business Account Holders that have fulfilled the Campaign Requirements above are hereinafter referred to as “Eligible New Business Account Holders”.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, TNGD reserves the right to verify the eligibility and reject any participant who fails to meet the criteria.

    Sign-Up Reward

  9. Upon fulfilment of the Campaign Requirements, the Eligible New Business Account Holders will receive a Sign-Up Reward which will be credited to their Business Account within twenty-one (21) business days after the end of the Campaign Period.
  10. The Sign-Up Reward is non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other form of compensation.
  11. The Sign-Up Reward is a one-time promotional reward offered by TNGD and shall not be construed as interest, profit, dividend, or any form of return on funds maintained in the Business Account.

    Set Soundbox (without SIM) Purchase

  12. Upon successful registration of a Business Account during the Campaign Period, the New Business Account Holder shall be eligible to purchase one (1) unit of the Soundbox through the Merchant Dashboard for Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00) only, strictly limited to one (1) Soundbox per Merchant ID.
  13. The option to purchase the Soundbox at RM1.00 shall only be available immediately upon registration and shall remain open until 31 December 2025 (“Purchase Cut-Off Date”). Any purchase made after the Purchase Cut-Off Date shall not be eligible for the RM1 promotional price.
  14. Upon purchasing the Soundbox, each New Business Account Holder is required to maintain active and valid Transactions through the Business Account with an aggregate transaction value of at least Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand (RM10,000) only by 30 November 2026 (“Transaction Requirement”).
  15. In the event that the New Business Account Holder FAILS to meet the Transaction Requirement within the stipulated period, TNGD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to recover the subsidised cost of the Soundbox by deducting an administrative fee equivalent to Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Ten (RM110.00) from the Business Account of the respective New Business Account Holder.
  16. By participating in this Campaign, the New Business Account Holder expressly consents to the deduction of such fee if the targets are not met. In the event that there are insufficient funds in the Business Account, TNGD shall be entitled to attempt the deduction for up to ten (10) consecutive calendar days from the due date.
  17. Should the deduction remain unsuccessful after the said period, TNGD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Business Account and/or TNGD merchant account and to take such further action as may be deemed necessary to recover the outstanding amount, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to TNGD under law or contract.

    General

  18. Each Business Account Holder is only entitled to one (1) Sign-Up Reward and one (1) Soundbox for the purposes of this Campaign.
  19. This Campaign shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  20. This Campaign is only open to new Business Account holders. Existing Business Account holders or merchants who have reactivated a previously closed or suspended Business Account are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  21. This Campaign is not open to the employees of TNGD and/or its affiliates.
  22. TNGD reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant from participating in this Campaign or to claw back any rewards granted under this Campaign if TNGD determines, at its sole discretion, that the Merchant has:
    1. created or registered multiple Business Accounts under the same or related business entities, or owners for the purpose of obtaining multiple rewards;
    2. provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration; or
    3. otherwise engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity in connection with this Campaign.
  23. TNGD reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or reverse any rewards, including debiting the corresponding amount from the Merchant’s Business Account, in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or detection of ineligible participation.
  24. TNGD reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may request for additional supporting documents prior to crediting or maintaining any reward.
  25. All funds maintained in the Business Account shall at all times remain the property of the New Business Account Holder and utilisation of such funds shall be subject to the Business Account Terms and Conditions available at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/business-account-tnc.pdf.
  26. TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing at least five (5) days prior notice on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet application.

    Definitions

  29. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following the following terms shall have the meanings as defined below:

“Business Account”

means a digital account feature available to sole proprietor and registered merchants registered on TNG eWallet for the purposes of enabling any transactions;

“Merchant Dashboard”

means the dual feature in the TNG eWallet which allows merchants to, among others, track sale transactions and history records, further allow selected staff(s) of TNGD to access such information, make Soundbox purchase and other purchases of merchandise offered by TNGD;

“Soundbox”

shall be referred to one of the products offered by TNGD to its merchants, for the purposes of

the merchant’s business usage which shall include, but not limited to, the collection of payments, monitoring of real time transactions, updating the merchant details and others;
“Transaction(s)”
 

means typically a payment from a user to the merchant in respect of a sale of goods or provision of services from the merchant to the user.
