TNG eWallet KUDA CNY 2026 – Social Contest
Terma & Syarat
1. This “KUDA CNY 2026 Social Contest” (“Contest”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).
2. The Contest period is from 22 February 2026 to 28 February 2026, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).
3. This Contest is open to all individuals (“Users”, “you”, or “your”) who hold a valid, active personal account on one of the following social media platforms:
a) Facebook;
b) Instagram; or
c) Xiaohongshu (XHS),
at the time of participation. Users must be able to access and use the relevant platform in compliance with its applicable terms of use, community guidelines, and policies. Employees of TNGD are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
4. Campaign Mechanism
To be eligible to participate in this Contest and stand a chance to win a Prize, Users must complete one (1) of the participation mechanics applicable as stated in 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 to their chosen platform (Facebook, Instagram, or Xiaohongshu) and follow @touchngoewallet on the respective platform used for participation.
One (1) Contest Post will be posted on TNGD official page on each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu) during Contest Period.
4.1 Facebook
Users must:
· Comment on the Contest Post with a photo of mandarin oranges stacked; and
· State the total number of mandarin oranges stacked in the same comment; and
· Ensure the photo clearly shows the number of mandarin oranges stacked as supporting proof.
Winner Selection:
The top ten (10) Users with the highest number of mandarin oranges stacked (as determined solely by TNGD) will be selected as Winners.
4.2 Instagram
Users must:
· Comment on the Contest Post with a creative Chinese New Year wishing message that includes the keyword “KUDA”.
Winner Selection:
The top ten (10) most creative comments, as determined solely by TNGD, will be selected as Winners.
4.3 Xiaohongshu (XHS)
Users must:
· Submit an audio recording of themselves singing a Chinese New Year song in the comment section or via the required submission method stated in the Contest Post.
Winner Selection:
The top ten (10) most creative audio submissions, as determined solely by TNGD, will be selected as Winners.
5. Prizes
5.1 A total of thirty (30) Winners will be selected across all platforms, comprising:
Ten (10) Winners from Facebook
Ten (10) Winners from Instagram
Ten (10) Winners from Xiaohongshu (XHS)
Each Winner will receive:
One (1) RM38 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN (“Prize”).
5.2 Each Users is eligible to win only one (1) Prize throughout the Contest.
5.3 The Winners will be announced on TNGD’s official social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu (XHS) after the end of the Contest Period or as and when determined by TNGD from time to time.
5.4 TNGD will notify Winners via direct message (DM) to the social media profile used to participate in the Contest.
· For Facebook and Instagram, Winners will be contacted via DM on the respective platform used to participate in the Contest.
· For Xiaohongshu (XHS), Winners will be required to provide a valid email address upon request, and TNGD will subsequently contact the Winners via email for Prize fulfilment purposes.
Upon issuance of the Prize, TNGD shall bear no responsibility or liability in relation to the Winner’s receipt, non-receipt, usage, or non-usage of the Prize or the associated Reload PIN, for any reason whatsoever. TNGD shall not be responsible or liable in the event the Prize is redeemed, used, or otherwise exploited by any third party (with or without the Winner’s consent).
6. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the Prize as listed above with another prize of equivalent value due to any reason as solely determined by TNGD without prior notice.
7. All Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No request for transfer, replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.
8. The selection of the Winners shall be final and binding, and no queries, challenges or appeals with regards to the selection of Winners will be entertained.
9 TNGD shall not be responsible or liable for any disputes, claims or losses that arise from the Winner’s failure to receive the necessary notification (by DM or email) or the Prize from TNGD which is or may have been due to the fault or negligence of the Winner, including but not limited to providing TNGD with incorrect or incomplete personal details.
10. By participating in this Contest, all Users: –
a) Consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose your personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Contest;
b) Consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as your names, last 4 digits of the IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
c) Grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any of your still or moving images without further notice to you for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
11. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the Users if the Users are found to have been in breach of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
